Weed Legalization
In this specific episode, the Griffin's are fighting to get weed legalized. They do this by singing a song about weed and dancing with numerous bags of weed. In Rhode Island, where this shows takes place, weed is very illegal and, "Possession of marijuana up to one ounce by an individual 18 years or older is a civil violation." So everyone involved in this song and dance should have been arrested.

With as many recent ads against drunk driving, it is a well known fact that it is illegal to do so and can result into at least six months in jail.
