1, The king is half-barbaric. He must have cared for the justice of his country and his people, but he also made wrongdoers worry a lot for the fear that they may be killed under his hand.
2, The princess is very beautiful and clever.
3, This way of the trial is unfair because you will never know your ultimate fate, which can leave you anxious and worried.
4, there is no clear lesson in this story.
5, It's likely that behind the door, there would be a tiger. The princess was similar to his father, half-barbaric and jealous. Even after her lover was killed, her sorrow will lessen through time and she would eventually got another lover.

1, The king is harsh and hard-hearted. The solution he came up with to stop the wrongdoers was very unfair. I mean, I could understand that the king wanted to wipe out wrongdoers, but the way he did it was unacceptable. If a person did something wrong, the king could put him in prison or put him under house arrest, based on the severity level of his/her actions. The way he penalized the wrongdoers was unjust and showed he didn't have any affection!

2, The princess was beautiful, of course. And according to the story, the princess was also described as "strong and clever"

3, The trial was absolutely unfair. This is like a life-and-death game, and our fate was decided by luck. Also, the reason the king created this way of the trial is to stop all the wrongdoings in the country, but it would not be solved completely. A wrongdoer may choose the tiger, or death, but they can also choose a happy and contented life if they open the right door, which leads to a beautiful woman. So, it is not fair because a wrongdoer might not face justice but have a merciful life.

4, There is no lesson here, I think. The story just pictured the injustice and unfairness of this country.

5, Well, it's really hard to guess what is behind the door. The princess loved her lover very much, so she might let him continue living and marry another person. Love is not necessary to have someone by your side. It could just be about seeing them happy and safe, even if it means that person would never belong to you. If the princess's love meant sacrifice, she would handle the pain herself and the gardener would have a satisfying life. On the other hand, her love could become a possession. She just wanted the gardener to be hers. The princess would be jealous and resentful, and she deliberately made him open the wrong door. She may feel regretful after her lover's death, but not so long after that, she would find another lover.

Thanks for reading!

1, I think the king is carless because he could of taught the wrongdoers to do things right. This arena idea is totally unfair because killing someone that could've had a chance to become the person that the king wanted could've been better.
2, I think the princess was beautiful. If the story was a good ending then the princess would've also been clever to make up the plan. If it was a sad ending then it would mean that the princess would also be careless like the king or perhaps there wasn't a way to keep him alive (the gardener).
3, Of course unfair because of question 1 (This arena idea is totally unfair because killing someone that could've had a chance to become the person that the king wanted could've been better.)
4, For me I think the lesson is to do the right thing, listen carefully to the instucter and so as exactly as he says. at times I still think that there isn't any lesson as well.
5, Like question 2 (If the story was a good ending then the princess would've also been clever to make up the plan. If it was a sad ending then it would mean that the princess would also be careless like the king or perhaps there wasn't a way to keep him alive (the gardener).)

1. I think I the king of that country is both good and bad. He had done a perfect job as a king who always want to make his country to be amazing with no wrongdoers but he hadn't done so well as a father because he didn't agree with his daughter to marry her lover. I think that is very selfish of him.

2. Depending on what I could hear from the audio, the princess is an intelligent and drop-death gorgeous girl who loves a normal man but unfortunately, her father doesn't allow her to marry him. I think that her personality would have a big effect on her decision later.

3. To be honest, I have to say that the king's trial is definitely unfair and cruel to all the wrongdoers since this is exactly a survival game in which the villager's life will all depend on their decisions. If they choose the right door then it would be amazing for them since they could have a beautiful wife to live with. However, if their choices are incorrect, their life will end. This is so evil that everyone in the country witnessed what happened to that person, and what about the wrongdoer's family? They will feel extremely heartbroken, right? And if those wrongdoers have a strong bond with their family so how can their relatives continue to live without them? Moreover, I feel that the king does not seem to respect those pretty women cause he forced the girls to marry a man they didn't even know, those women also have the right to live their own lives and why do they have to obey the king rule just to help with his trial.

4. In my opinion, the lesson that this story brings to us is that we all need to follow the rule, try our best to do the right things, contribute to the whole community, and become good citizens.

5. Actually, it is so difficult to guess but I think that with the intelligence of the princess she would tell the men to choose the door which has a tiger but the tiger behind the door is not a wild tiger which could eat anyone, the tiger here is a trained tiger and it will not eat the man. With her choice, I strongly believe that the princess could ensure both her love and the safety of the man.

                    Thank for reading!!
