In my opinion, the experience throughout my hybrid learning, this way of learning is very convenient for students because when the students are not able to attend physical classes, they can attend classes online. Previously when the learning pandemic was done entirely online and made me a little difficult to understand what the lecturers were lecturing and sometimes there were also internet problems. In addition, this hybrid learning can also help students in reviewing lecture recordings presented by lecturers if they do not understand while attending physical classes. So, that's all from me, thank you

Next, my first perception, I think the way to use this e-portfolio is a bit complicated in fact it is very easy actually having seen the tutorial done by my lecturer. In addition, this e-portfolio is also good because the contents that we write can be shared to the public by accessing the links provided and we can also see what they share.

What were your most interesting discoveries about property?

Property is something to which human beings tend to get for their daily wants or needs. Interestingly, many people think that the property consists of money only, but after I studied the chapters related to property in details, I found that property has various types according to the division that has been arranged by the fuqaha such as property that can be kept and can not be stored, property that can be exchanged for something other than money, external property that cannot be hidden, internal property and many others. Some of these properties can be owned and utilized based on certain conditions. There are various disagreements among the jurists regarding property. However, all these views are taken talfiq based on current affairs that occur according to the suitability of the passage of time.

Discuss ON how the discussion of the ahliyyah adds value to your understanding of the terms of the contracting party

Before a person is involved in any contract in muamalat, one must have qualifications. This qualification is known as ahliyyah.

Ahliyyah; Eligibility; The nature prescribed by the Shariah on a person that enables a person to accept an taklifan or right/hak.

Ahliyyah is an important matter in most aspects such as buying and selling, marriage, etc. In fact, it is also one of the conditions that make an act valid in Islam.

The discussion on ahliyyah revolves around the position of ahliyyah itself as the qualification for a person to perform a lawful act by considering several aspects including the obstacles that prevent a person from committing such an act.

Ahliyyah is one of the main elements and requirements set in setting the law. The whole action claims to the qualification and this qualification is taken into account for each person who performs a contract. The conditions of ahliyyah al-tasaruf are imposed on people who want to make a akad. The conditions must consist of two contracting parties both of whom must be members and qualified. Therefore, ahliyyah becomes very important in determining the law to consider whether an act is valid or not in terms of Islamic law.

Discuss on how the discussion of defects in the contract adds value to your understanding of the sighah contract.

The akad process that takes place between the contracting/akad parties sometimes there are elements that impair the process. What is meant by defects or disgrace of the covenant are the things that arise causing dissatisfaction (‘uyub al-rida) as well as defects of will (‘ uyub al-iradah) that will cause imperfection and thus form a bad effect. Among the main things that can disfigure the covenant are deceit (Al-Taghrir /Al-Tadlis), error (Al-Ghalat), loss (Al-Ghaban), and compulsion (Al Ikrah).

A trick can be defined as using a trick in order to entice another person to enter into a contract with the assumption that the contract will benefit him. There are two types of deception, namely deception with words to give a picture of something but by saying things that are not accurate in order to attract attention to contract. While the trick of action is to do something with the intention of deceiving certain parties to enter into a contract and make an inaccurate picture of the thing to be contracted. For example, dyeing an old shirt with a certain color to make it look like a new shirt.

Next, error (Al-Ghalat). Al-Ghalat in summary, it refers to a situation where there is a misunderstanding of the subject of the contract or the goods contracted (mahal al-aqd) that is, the actual fact of the goods is different from what is in the perception of the buyer. Errors in the notion may occur on the type of subject of the covenant and also on the nature of the subject of the covenant.

The third is loss(al-ghaban), Al-Ghabn has a meaning from the angle that the same as an-naqs i.e. reduction. In terms of terminology, al-ghabn means a deficiency in one of the means of payment due to manipulation. Loss which means that the payment received by one of the contracting parties does not match the payment received by the other party. For example, Amen sells to B items worth RM2000 for only RM150. Therefore, A is considered a loser. There are two parts to the loss:
- Small losses: Losses in small quantities which do not affect the contract.
- Large losses: Losses in large quantities where there is a very significant difference between loss and profit.

Lastly is compulsion (al-ikrah). From a linguistic point of view it means violence, insistence and telling someone to do things that are not desired and not approved by him. While in terms of terminology, it means a person who is forced to do an action in the form of words or deeds, while the person who is forced is not at all interested in doing it. By inviting others to do something based on an unauthorized method in a way of intimidation so that he is forced to do it when he does not approve of it. Urging others to do unwanted things as well as he had no other choice. This coercion also has two types, namely (perfect coercion) and (imperfect coercion) where this perfect coercion is a coercion that involves threats of death, loss of limbs, destruction of property and so on while imperfect coercion is coercion with threats other than the above. .
