         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are plenty of superfoods. From fruits to meats all superfoods contain plenty of important nutrients, and are power-packed!<br>For example, berries. Berries are high in fiber and have natural bright colors which means they are high in antioxidants. Another example would be nuts. Again another natural food, but nuts are a great source of protien.</div>]]></description>
