         <description><![CDATA[<div>PROS<br>- School wide system to reinforce positive behaviors- common understanding&nbsp;<br>- Students get excited to go to the cart and use the tickets they have.&nbsp;<br>- Another positive reinforcement system, especially if teachers do not already have one in their classroom&nbsp;<br>- Fourth grade students like the food options <br><br>CONS<br>- Inconsistent implementation (maybe lower expectations to give tickets)&nbsp;<br>- Tickets too hard to get from teachers<br>- Tickets too easy to get if asking to wipe tables (they are asking because they know they will get). They are being conditioned for the wrong reasons.&nbsp;<br>- Too long to hold onto before going to cart (Lose tickets, time to accumulate tickets to get what they want, etc) &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pros<br>-&nbsp; It reminds teachers to reinforce positive behavior, especially with students not in their class.<br>Cons<br>- Students are expecting or asking for tickets.<br>- Not building intrinsic motivation.<br>- Students have been getting tickets for behaviors that is expected or for just completing a task.<br>- Should be given for equal opportunity things.<br>- Students are stealing or giving away tickets. (it is causing conflicts)<br>- Its not immediate &nbsp;<br>- Disruption at the end of the day.<br>- Generally haven't been seeing any positive behavior change.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>+ gets them to do certain good behaviors but... -- not for the right reasons&nbsp;<br>+ kids want tickets/like getting tickets <br><br>-- some kids only do things when they know they're going to get rewarded&nbsp;<br>--&nbsp;not healthy food rewards <br><br>creates the idea that i'm going to do this so I can get that...not the intrinsic reward of I want to do this because it's the right thing to do/I want to be a good person&nbsp;<br><br>we don't feel comfortable giving rewards for expected behaviors. (it's not to say we don't point out positive behaviors, we just don't like to reward them with physical objects) &nbsp;<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
