- Another positive reinforcement system, especially if teachers do not already have one in their classroom

- Inconsistent implementation (maybe lower expectations to give tickets) 
- Tickets too hard to get from teachers
- Tickets too easy to get if asking to wipe tables (they are asking because they know they will get). They are being conditioned for the wrong reasons. 
- Too long to hold onto before going to cart (Lose tickets, time to accumulate tickets to get what they want, etc)

- Students are stealing or giving away tickets. (it is causing conflicts)
- Its not immediate  
- Disruption at the end of the day.

creates the idea that i'm going to do this so I can get that...not the intrinsic reward of I want to do this because it's the right thing to do/I want to be a good person 

we don't feel comfortable giving rewards for expected behaviors. (it's not to say we don't point out positive behaviors, we just don't like to reward them with physical objects)

-Forces us focus on the positives not only the negatives

-Expensive to operate
-time-consuming
-Sometimes they are just doing something in front of an adult to get a ticket.
