Some other points I'd like to remember are to avoid being too personal with coworkers, refrain from gossip, and handle conflicts immediately. We need to communicate because some people are so neurotic that a small misunderstanding can manifest into a year long existential crisis.
This is especially something that I need to tackle because I'm gullible and when people say things about me I believe them, while I don't believe myself. I think if I question people as soon as I hear something contradictory to what I believe, then I can understand where they're coming from better instead of creating a narrative that doesn't exist in my head.
