         <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes because it brought businesses together and lessened work hours. However, not all businesses followed the rules. In 1935, the&nbsp;Supreme Court unanimously declared that the NRA law was unconstitutional, ruling that it infringed the&nbsp;separation of powers in the Constitution. The NRA quickly stopped operations. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>No, because it was successful for a few decades, but when it was ruled unconstitutional, they had to stop enforcing the rules. It was a waste of money after they shut down, but before that, it was a good use of funds.</p>]]></description>
