It also doesn't smell too good because it's been sitting out for a while. Aroma is a definite indication of a chemical reaction (and definitely not as fun to be around). It also can have a color change and a temperature change after coming out of the oven, than before it. Since it looks different than it did before it went in the oven, it's a chemical reaction.</div>]]></description>
