When patients associate a positive outcome with a facility or provider a reputation is built. Patients lose self esteem 
    when dealing with chemotherapy induced hair loss. Patients not only feel sick but now look sick. DigniCap provides the opportunity  for patients to prevent hair loss and preserve dignity with a simple application of a cooling cap. In my opinion, when given the opportunity patients would be more apt to choose a facility offering the DigniCap system.
