2) For me, Influence is defined with manipulation, the constant reminding aspect of repetition, and it can also be someone to whom you look up to. Being influenced can come through social media, making it something that you see often and therefore morphing your view on something. It can also be through your social group, that changes your behavior, quirks, your mindset and opinion. 

3) Whenever I have to lead people it is never voluntary, I remember once in P.E when I was picked as team captain. I was overwhelmed and did not in any way feel the need to have the position, however, I did feel a sense of maturity and power when people were asking me what to do and how what I said mattered. I enjoyed being the center of attention but I didn't need it, I realized how much I would rather be told what to do and know my worth in that task then be the one in charge and giving orders. I felt as if it was not my place to tell people where to go and what to do, some people were not happy with what I was saying and others were very satisfied, and I felt the need to make sure everyone was content with the role they were given. I learned quickly that I could not easily satisfy everyones needs and how stressful it was to make sure everything was going smoothly. Even though I had power and a voice, I prefered to be the one listening. 

4) When being led by someone I know what I have to do, I have a sense of security and I don't have to doubt what it is that I am doing. It can be challenging when you don't agree or want to have a say in what it happening and what you are doing, however I do not feel the need to interfere with what the leader is trying to communicate, I enjoy listening and hearing their pointe of view.

I think that leadership is the action of taking the lead in a certain situation. When a person is a leader, they take control of a group of other people and help guide them in the right direction. Leaders help control a situation. A good leader has a strong, loyal following and understands the point of view of the followers. A leader is a good leader as long as they provide guidance and inspire people, when a leader starts to be selfish and greedy, they stop being a good one. If a leader doesn't understand the issues of their followers they aren't able to guide them, so being a good listener is important for leadership. I think that leadership isn't only about bossing people around and telling people what to do, but helping people understand their own talents and guide them into a direction that will help them succeed. leaders take initiative and keep the will of the followers into account. 

2. Influence is when a certain thing or person has an impact on something else. This impact can be small or drastic, depending on the amount of influence that a thing or person has on something. A leader, for example can influence its followers or public by being inspiring and setting a good example. The impact of that can be the public trying to better themselves and be the best version of themselves they can be. An influence is in any case something that impacts the way a person acts, feels and thinks. Whether it's the influence of a drug or the influence of a leader. 

3. One time when I had to lead a group of people was during a project we had to do for LOB. I was working with 2 other people and when I noticed that they weren't taking initiative on the project, I decided that I would. It didn't feel like I was better or smarter than them but I felt more relaxed because I was more in control of the direction of the discussions and how we would record our information. I made a document and started taking notes which made me feel more relaxed because I knew exactly what our ideas were. This feeling of organisation and relaxation is definitely one of the pros of being a leader. However some of the cons are that perhaps the rest of my group didn't get many chances to speak or voice their opinions, even though I tried my best to include them in the process and write down their ideas. I did end up being a little biased because I didn't like some of their ideas, so I didn't write them down which isn't good because we are all supposed to be equal. It was pretty easy because I think that I am naturally a leader so it wasn't hard to take initiative, however listening to my partners is still something I need to improve on. 

4. One time I was lead my another person was during the Oscar Movie project. I noticed that one person had already taken the lead in that project so I took a step back and let them take the lead. Some of the pros is that I didn't have to put as much effort into organising and calming the group down, which let me relax more and think more about my ideas and how I could contribute to the group in other ways. I didn't mind being led because in some moments you're told what to do so you kind of have to think less. However, at a certain point the amount of control the leader had became overwhelming and frustrating, because I didn't have a very strong voice in the project anymore and I was getting bossed around. I didn't like that at all and was getting frustrated by the leader. I found it harder to be a follower because I usually like to take the lead and be the leader myself, so getting bossed around and told what to do wasn't as enjoyable for me. However on the other hand it is nice to step back every now and then and let others tell you what to do, instead of telling others what to do, to a certain point. 2. Influence is the capacity to have an effect on a certain individual or group. I think that people with influence can either be inspiring and relatable or feared. Someone with influence can be respected and are able to change a view or perspective of a certain group or individual.
3. When I was the leader..
I was leader of my football team, which means that I would lead them through the championship. I didn't feel very new to be because I was the leader before but I did feel proud. I was able to listen to my team and manage their wishes. I had to tell them where to go but also give them a chance to do their own thing. It could be hard at times because it was a lot of pressure, if we lost i would feel responsible in a way. What made it easier was the fact that my "followers" where all of my friends and they also took their own initiative.
4. When I was led.
I don't have a problem with being led at all. I think it's nice to not be responsible for everything. My leader did listen to everyone and their decisions weren't influenced by biased opinions. I think it can sometimes be challenging because it can be hard to express yourself when you disagree. I don't like it when my leader can not take criticism.

The more influence a leader has, the more they are able to programme the mindset of their followers. Followers are subconsciously being manipulated by the beliefs of their leaders.  

3) You had to lead others.
Recently, for the Drama project. We had to make a movie. I was in charge of organising the tasks, make planning, and lead others on schedule. 

1. It made me feel like I was completely responsible for having all deadlines meet in order to hand in everything on time and have achieved our goals. It sometimes made me  feel slightly anxious because I was completely responsible for leading the group on planning. I was in charge for leading the group to meet our goals and deadlines on time. It also made me feel powerful because I could decide when and who did what. 

2. The pros were that I was in charge of the group, which I liked because I liked to be in control and influence what the final project would be like. 

3. The cons were that sometimes I was too much into my role and did not leave a lot of space for other people. Also with that task came a lot of responsibility and therefore made me feel sometimes slightly anxious to meet our expectations and goals. Also, I got to overwhelmed to take that role and did not leave room for otehrs, which made them feel anxious.

1. To me leadership means taking the responsibility of a group or organization for instance. Also there are things that you should be able to do to be a good leader for a group of people. You should be able to listen well, make choices, think what is best for the people. You should be a good example for other people, because you want them to follow and agree with what you think and the choices that you make. So a leader should be a good example for people and have a good influence. 

2. Influence means anything or anyone that inspires you to do something. You can get influenced in many different ways, for instance online in this time a lot of people see things coming by that people review and share. If it sounds good and interesting to you, you might get influenced to buy it as well. A lot of leaders have a big influence on the public. They want to make someone think different about something or wanting them to agree with what they think is right.

3. When I lead others it’s often school related. In projects for example I sometimes take the lead. I then think about what the best thing is that we can do. I listen to what the others think and which ideas they have to share and then we often come to a solution, on which we all agree. When I take the lead I feel very responsible about the assignment and the outcome as well. If it wouldn’t end up as good as we thought I would feel bad. So for me taking the lead can be nice, because I try my best to listen to everyone share all of the tasks and organizing it. But at the same time you are taking a big responsibility.

4. When I get led by someone I find it important for them to also listen to what I think and even though they are the leader I still think that we can all together share are thoughts. I also find it very important that the leader that is leading me makes sure that everyone is agreeing or if I agree to the idea. A specific example of when I got led by someone was when I was playing sports and I had to follow the plan of the team and do what I was assigned to do. Influence is a point of view something or someone can give you.  A lot of things can give you an influence, for example art, famous people, leaders of specific groups, etc. One of the most important people that give an influence ar leaders. for example in WW2. Hitler gave an influence/impact on a lot of people what caused a lot of damage in that time.
Now, we have for example influencers on social media. They can influence you many different ways.

3. Some times, I have to lead my basketball team in matches.
 It felt kind of weird because they are my teammates and we usually  play together.
the pros were that my teammates would respect me for taking the lead for a day and would listen very well because I listen to what they had to say too.
the cons were that I kind of felt left out, I liked that I was in the same stage as them with playing. Sometimes it got me even nervous.
It was kind of difficult, but I would do it again. It kind of helped me get closer to my team and helped me see how my teammates saw things (for example different strategies)

4. I often get led by my coach in basketball.
It feels normal to me, and actually quit nice. My coach helps me reflect on the things I do at training and it helps me get better.
The pros are that my coach can help me see my difficulties and help me in general with my exercises.
The are not that many cons, because most of the time i get betetr.
It is not difficult at all.

Influence is neither good or bad it depends on the point of view of a group. Hitler had a big influence over the people of Germany when he gave them a choice to either be bankrupt or try to have a better life. He gave the people of Germany a new point of view on how to live their life.

The last time I ended up leading people it didn’t go well because it was stressful to make sure everyone did their tasks and that they didn’t drift off doing something else. I also didn’t really care about what we were doing. The pros were that I didn’t get told to do something that I found really boring, the cons were everything else. It was difficult because it wasn’t any fun and the project wasn’t entertaining to do.

I find it better to be led by someone because they just tell you to do something and that’s it. The pros were that I didn’t have to think about what other people were doing and if they were getting distracted or not. The cons were that it gets boring doing the same thing the whole time. There are many tipes of influences, there are the ones that you see and get from family, or friends, or even from social media. Someone who motivates or inspires other people to do something is an influencer. There are many different types of influences someone can spread or receive.

3) I LED OTHERS:
I remember when I had to lead my soccer team in our first match in the tournament. Taking into account I was the new integrant, I didn't know all their names yet and I was captain of the first match in the following month. I felt powerful, I felt like I inspired the other girls, I felt that they looked at me as their leader and captain, someone who the coach chose to represent and guide the team. Pros, I was respected, they knew I had the ability and power to be captain. Cons, I was new and didn't know them very well or how they played, my job would be hard knowing I had to be their leader through a tough time. It was hard, I'm not gonna lie, I tried to guide them, at first they didn't listen cause again, I was the new kid, I was supposed to follow them, not the other way around. We lost 0-9 that first match, but I figured out how they worked together and how next match I would do stuff differently taking into account the way they played and worked together, I had to adjust to them. 

4)I WAS LED BY SOMEONE
The next match I wasn't captain anymore. I was just another player. I didn't take responsibility of the outcome but I did connect with my teammates to work better together, even though I wasn't captain, I was the leader of my team's defenses. I was center so I had the whole view and told them where to stand, who to block, support them from where they couldn't do it themselves. I would define leadership as the captain of a group or project. You have the really good captains, that are really well at telling people what to do, and how they have to do something. Leaders are one of the most important roles in a group. The leader can’t go without their listeners, and the listeners can’t go with a leader, so they balance each other out really well. 1. Leadership is term used for when people take control over a situation. The person who is in control sometimes isn’t always good at being in control but could have the right intentions. In my opinion to be a good leader you have to listen to your followers and the group you’re in control over. You should inspire and lead the people by the actions you make by listening to them for example. 

2. Influence means that you inspire or use your knowledge to guide someone in the right way. The people who influence you are either big public figures or family members or anyone who you admire. Some people change people’s perspectives on a subject by influencing them but I think that “manipulating” is a better term for that. 

3. I don’t personally like leading a group because I don’t like it when everyone is waiting for me too make a decision or to tell them what to do. I’ve had to do it in many situations like I was the captain of my team once. A pro was that luckily most of the group liked me being the leader and I wasn’t pressured to make a fast decision on what to do. In that experience there weren’t any cons but a con could be that the group pressures you. Since the group likes me as a leader it was easy. 

4. I felt much more comfortable than leading because I wasn’t the center of attention and I prefer when someone tells me what to do or what I shouldn’t do.
A pro was that I felt way more comfortable being told what to do and that I just immediately knew what to do.
A con was that the leader wasn’t a good leader so there was a big argument about who should be leader and who shouldn’t. I think that influence means a lot in a group. Everyone has influence on each other, which could effect the results of the entire group. The pros were that we actually got the project done instead of just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Another pro is that I made new friends, maybe not friends but companions. The cons are that I felt very bossy and demanding and I kinda felt like a dictator. Another con is that if the presentation or project went wrong I would get the blame since I organized it. It really depended on the group of people if it was easy or difficult. Some people didn’t care what grade they got but some did.

The pros were that work was getting done and everyone is listening to the one person.
The cons were that I felt like I wasn’t doing enough and felt like a slacker.

3. How did it feel when i was a leader?

Personally, i’m not a leader. I’m not good at convincing people, nor telling them what to do. I’m usually the one that follows the leader. But sometimes, i’m forced to be a leader in a project, in e.g a school project. This feels very different than any different role in a group. I find it very hard, although it was a new experience for me. One of the pro’s. Was that i could tell people what to do instead of listening, what felt like a lot of power

4. How did it feel when i was led by someone?

Being led by someone, i prefer way better than being a leader. I just do what i’m asked to do, and that best as possible. It feels better to not be the responsible one of the group, not everything relies on you. If anything goes wrong, you’re not the responsible one to fix this.
