A huge issue in a small town like innisfil is that they are constantly creating more subdivisions. This is resulting in things like overpopulation, trying to find jobs, and even grocery stock.

This is indifference because they're not doing anything about it, maybe because they don't know enough, feel like they can't change anything, or just think it's not their problem.

Although being an outsider to this issue most people can notice the raising population and maybe re thing decisions on living in towns like these.

something I'm personally indifferent about is watching the news. I find it overwhelming and depressing having all these issues going on around when its something I cannot resolve.

I feel indifferent about the concept of going to watch a brand new movie in the theatres paying an unreasonable amount of money just to sit somewhere and watch it with over priced snack. When on the other hand you could sit at home and stream it for free watch it as many times as you'd like ,and being able to speak your opinions on it with friends and not having to sit quiet. I have never seen the wrong in just waiting a couple months for it to release on all streaming platforms.

Im personally indifferent to the excessive push for bike lanes on every road. I do not ride bikes often but I think it can be a little dangerous for the bikers since cars are given a more tight area to drive, most people even swerve into the opposite lane when there is a biker in the bike lane. so ultimately I don't have much care towards it.

An example of a global indifference would be flooding. Canadians do not experience floods due to our current climate. As a result, most Canadians don't consider the major impact it has on the effected community. By not experiencing these events Canadians can often be indifferent to flooding.

One thing we as Canadians can do is feel epithetic towards ones facing these issues.

people don't care about voting because they're mostly disappointed, feel a lack of power in their voices, and entirely don't know enough. They think their vote doesn't count or politicians don't care enough about them, so a lot of people don't bother.

To fix this, we need better education about voting and open honest politics. If people feel informed and like their voice mattered. They'd get involved.
