På den måde ved folkene "på bunden" hvordan kæden hænger sammen, og kan dermed gribe eventuelle problemstillinger praktisk an, ved at kontakte nærmeste foresatte.

3. Løbende møder i de respektive afdelinger (såsom MUS o.l.), så ALLE fra ALLE afdelinger kan give udtryk for status i trivslen, samt få muligheden for at komme med nyttige inputs der kan gavne virksomheden og arbejdsgangen for virksomhedens ansatte. 

4. Eventuelt kunne man et få antal gange om året afholde møder, hvor ledelsen/bestyrelsen deltager, og hvor de dødelige i virksomheden får mulighed for at møde disse og skabe en relation den vej.
