Why This Treaty is in Place? (Colonists Perspective)

Our colonies, well now independent states never thought we would win this war. How did we win then?
We won because of our great hope, amazing countries that helped us, our knowing of the area, and we have one of the best leaders George Washington. These were qualities that Britain didn't have. George Washington, someone who is very important to this day learned when he did wrong in war. He told his troops to never give up even when things were tough, try their best, and cared about the people who were fighting. When everyone was saying their goodbyes George Washington hugged every single officer saying his thank you and praised them for their help "By their persistence, the Americans won independence even though they faced many obstacles". This shows why The United States of America is an independent country as of today.

Treaty Of Paris states we are an indepedndent country

The Treaty of Paris was put in place on September 3, 1783. This stated the following six conditions. The United States was independent. Secondly, it's boundaries would be the Mississippi River on the west, Canada on the north, and Spanish Florida to the south. Also, the United States would receive the right to fish off Canada's Atlantic Ocean, near Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. In addition to, each side would repay debts in owed each other. Also, the British would have to return any enslaved people they had captured. Lastly, congress would recommend that the states return any property they had seized from Loyalists. After the British has miss treated us with unfair laws and more we are our own independent country. No one thought we would win to one of the strongest forces in the world. Through the long winters, short food supply, and barely any warmth. We have spent these last eight years trying our best with one of the best leaders e could have ever had. The British are appalled that they have lost the war and refuse to live up to the treaty terms.

A Loyalist Life after the War (Loyalist Perspective)

This is a very tough time in my life. I have lost my property due to the British loosing the war. Congress have only recommended that they return their property to us. In Canada we are starting to form new towns and provinces. Now I am expected to stay here because the Americans refuse to let us move back and give us our property " some have to lament over the wreck of their departed wealth and estates". This shows that the loyalists were really not aloud back in to the United States after the war and had to stay in Canada. Also, their life was not the easiest after war.
