         <description><![CDATA[<div>what you do first is you line up the decimals and then you subtract 3.13 - .9 and you need to add zeros and then you subtract and you should get 2.23. when you get them lined up 3 - 0 is 3 and then you can not do 1 - 9 you need to take a hole number from the 3 and make it a 3 then make the 1 a 11 and now 11 - 9 = 2 then you add the decimal and now 2 - 0 is 2 and the answer is 2.23<br><br>&nbsp;THANK YOU FOR READING THIS BUY</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First, you would have to line up the problem. Make sure you have your decimals lined up together or the problem would not work. If you did that, then you would of saw that there are spaces that are not filled in. When there are spaces that are not filled in, you have to add zeroes. Now that you've added zeroes,&nbsp; you are ready to&nbsp; work out the problem! &nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;So, 3 minus 0 is three,&nbsp;<br>then you can't do one minus nine so you borrow from the three to the left to the&nbsp; left of the 1. The tree turns into 2 and the 1 turns into 11 and 11 minus 9 is 2 then 2 minus zero is 2.&nbsp; The final answer you should get is 2.23.&nbsp; Bye!<br><br>I like cats.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

If you see any blank spaces,  fill it in with zeros. So the .9 will look like 0.90. Now, you subtract .13-.90. You can't do that right? So, you get the whole number 3 and subtract it to 2 so the 1 in .13 becomes 11. </div>]]></description>

You do 3 - 0 which is 3. Then you can't do 1 -9 so you borrow from the three and make it a 2 and make the 1 change to 11. Then you do 11 - 9 which equals 2, so put 2. Then next you do 2 -- 0 because its blank so there is a zero there. You do 2 because you borrowed to get the 11 so do 2-0 and you get 2. Then bring your decimal down and you get 2.23.</div>]]></description>
