I think the single hardest item to overcome is time. It was good to have an open conversation about time and making the time to proceed. This is an important message.

It was refreshing and reassuring to hear Linda mention that she is mostly assigned to teaching, like I am. I also have little to no time dedicated to research. Hearing her success story was great!
