1.Explain the activity
There was a class that posed as terrorists and a class that posed as security/police, the terrorists had to attempt to plant bombs around the college grounds and it was our job to find these bombs, secure them and attempt to arrest the suspects, if possible, they wore purple badges so that we could differentiate them from other students 
2. What went well
We managed to get almost all of the bombs collected and we worked incredibly well as a team together, the communication was rather great, and we were able to chase down and arrest a large number of suspects
3.What did not go well?
There were a few hiccups with the communication as we did sometimes fail to listen to one another, it was also rather chaotic as we only got 5 minutes to plan for it 
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
I would definitely give us maybe 15 minutes to plan for what's happening, allowing us to make time to all receive proper extensive roles in our groups.

Evidence 2- Work experience 
1.Explain the activity
For this I went to Huddersfield Road Post Office and spent about 7 weeks doing work experience every Saturday, I was working with my team there while learning to serve customers and deliver papers to the correct houses. 
2. What went well
This was an incredibly amazing experience for me, it helped me boost my confidence and led to me becoming a much more vocal and expressive person while also learning language skills as I was communicating with the customers very often, I started becoming familiar with a few of them as well, this was absolutely amazing as it allowed me to feel very comfortable while I was working there, I also became quite close with the women I was working with which made the environment very enjoyable and overall a pleasure to be in. 
3.Whatdid not go well?
Honestly, I think the only thing that didn't go well is probably the fact that at this time I had a lot on my plate as I was doing a lot of work through the Student Ambassador Program as well as also struggling with my work. This caused me to have to end my work experience which was incredibly sad as I would have loved to continue it. 
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
If I got the opportunity to do this again, I would definitely be continuing this experience all the way through, it was a wonderful place, and I would have loved to go back and do my very best. 

Evidence 3- MTA Kit 
1.Explain the activity
This is when we were using these block things to build things, we were tasked with building a tower as high as we could as well as a bridge and other things
2. What went well
This allowed us to work better as a team in order to complete tasks at higher standard whilst also communicating well. Due to this we were able to develop our communication skills greatly as we had to what we were doing and how we were going to build it, taking a few moments before starting to discuss how we would attempt to build the specific thing.
3.What did not go well?
In the start we did struggle with communication a little bit, alongside this we also failed a few of the tasks given, this being because we weren't talking with one another about how we were doing it. Alongside this we also weren't involving everyone at the beginning, this being because it was the first time, we had all met so none of us knew how we all preferred to work and who was the most confident compared to the less confident people.  
4.What would you change if you did it again

I have done well in my assignments and in my exam, this leads me to believe that my good attendance has led me to get good grades and do well overall.  
3.What did not go well?
There have been a few times that I have been late for lessons or was completely unable to come into college
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
Honestly, I think I would just ensure that I'm on time to all of my lessons and that I do my very best to come into college.

Evidence 2- Crime and justice week 
1.Explain the activity
For Crime and justice week we had many guest speakers that came into college and talked to us about their careers in the public services, this allowed us to get a deeper insight into the work lives of the people that work the jobs we may aspire to have in the future.
2. What went well
This helped me gain more knowledge about the career I wanted to go into at the time, this helping me feel more knowledgeable and inclined to actually attempt getting into the service I loved.
3.What did not go well?
However, there were some moments during these where it just felt quite boring as many of the speakers were just talking for an extended amount of time without actually making it too interesting or engaging
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
I think I would want a wider variety of people there, from many different jobs in the public service not just the main few such as someone who works with mental health or more lesser-known jobs within the public services.

Evidence 3- Teachers 
1.Explain the activity
Honestly, teachers do really motivate me to push myself and to ensure that I get everything done to the greatest standard that I am able to give myself, this is because I actually get along with my teachers very well due to me having a very friendly relationship with them, this helping me talk to them and ask questions if there is ever anything that I might not understand.
2. What went well
Overall, I would say everything goes well when I have my teachers support, it gives me a layer of comfort and it feels almost like a safety net when I know that the teachers are there to assist me when I need it, this meaning I will actually do my best and try my hardest in all aspects of my work.
3.What did not go well?
If I'm honest, I don't think there's a single thing that hasn't gone well when I have had the support and assistance of my teachers.
4.What would you change if you did it again

Explain: 
Throughout the past year I have struggled with my assignments, however I completed them to the best of my ability and got them in on time if able
What went well: 
I got the vast majority of my assignments handed in on time with good quality, the assignments typically getting me a merit or distinction 
What didn't go well: 
Last year became very difficult because of everything that was going on, therefore I did struggle with getting all of my assignments in on time and I did struggle with completing the assignments
What would you change: 
I would definitely focus much more on my college work as I honestly pushed it aside quite a lot last year, I focused on all of the wrong things and I have luckily now realised where my priorities lie.
Evidence 3- Behaviour
Explain: 
My behaviour has always been impeccable, never really faltering whatsoever. Luckily I've always had good relationships with teachers and due to this is allows me to feel more comfortable whilst talking to them about needing help or more.
What went well: 
Overall, my behaviour has allowed me to get many rewards as well as have perks that other students hadn't had the opportunity to achieve, such as the work experience I did for a teachers parents.
What didn't go well: 
Honestly, I can't actually think of any time my behaviour hasn't been impeccable, of course I get told to shush every now and then but that's about it overall.
What would you change:

1.Explain the activity
During my time at Horizon Community College, I was lucky enough to take part in a litter pick, a group of student ambassadors from my year went out and cleaned up the area surrounding our secondary school, I'm incredibly glad I was able to take part in this.
2. What went well
 During the litter pick we were able to fill 20 bags with rubbish, this being an amazing goal for us to have achieved as it was a truly wonderful thing for the surrounding area and for the school itself. It also gave us a chance to make a positive impact for ourselves and everyone in the local community
3.What did not go well?
If I'm completely honest, I can't really think of anything that went wrong with this, it was a wonderful time and we all really enjoyed taking part in this activity. Overall, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience 
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
I think if we were to do this again, I would definitely try to expand our area and get more people involved, this meaning that we would be able to fill many more bags with all of the rubbish in the area, I think this would have made this much more successful and even better for the local community. 

Evidence 2- Summer Fairs
1.Explain the activity
Whilst I was at Shawlands Primary School we had a yearly summer fair, this was something that I took part in for about 4 years. I went and helped putting all of the stalls up and getting everything prepared as well as managing my own stall and helping others if they needed it. Alongside all of that, I would also stay behind and help out with tidying up afterwards, this event was to raise money for the school so that they could make it an even greater environment for the children that were learning there.
2. What went well
This always went well, it was a wonderful event that all of the children and parents equally enjoyed, this event was run mostly by teachers, parents and students who helped out, it was a great event for bringing the Shawlands community together and a good way for the parents and student's relationships with teachers to improve.
3.What did not go well?
This event always seemed to go completely perfectly, there wasn't really anything that ever didn't go well 
4.What would you change if you did it again? 
I don't think I would really change anything about it, I think I would try to get myself even more involved with this event than I already did, this being because it may have helped me improve even more than I was luckily able to. However, I would love to go back and actually be able to manage or plan one of those events as well as helping out during the event as I have always loved doing things like this.

Evidence 3- Helping out
1.Explain the activity
Whilst In Horizon Community College I consistently helped out at almost all of the events that occurred from year 8 through to year 10, the main events were parents' evenings for the other year groups as well as careers fairs that I assisted with, this was honestly something that I really prided myself on as I greatly loved the opportunity to help out with these events.
2. What went well
During these events I was always doing multiple things at once, this helped me to learn what it's like to work under pressure as well as communication skills, this being due to the fact that I was talking to many parents and people in general whilst helping out. Because of this, I have grown my confidence greatly which I couldn't be happier about, I know that I definitely wouldn't be the person that I am today if it wasn't for my participation in these events.
3.What did not go well?
Sometimes these events got very hectic and difficult to keep track of as sometimes it got incredibly busy when a large number of parents came in at once
4.What would you change if you did it again
I think I would definitely try to keep myself calm during those scenarios, that way I wouldn't panic or worry internally and therefore wouldn't freeze up or get nervous. Explain: 
Throughout my time at college I've suffered quite largely with my mental health, having quite a few dips and feeling very down on some occasions, during this time I went to Saffron who helped me greatly in recovering and improving my mental state.
What went well: 
With Saffron's help I was able to make myself feel much better and get to a very good point where I am both happy and feeling very well mentally. 
What didn't go well: 
There were a few moments where I got worse but whilst trying my best to improve myself and make myself feel much better I managed to pick myself back up
What would you change: 
If I were to go through this again I would ensure that I could surround myself by people that can help me and go straight to Saffron for any and all help I needed
Evidence 2 - College Work
Explain: 
Even when I have been struggling with my work I've maintained my resilience and done my very best to complete the work to the best of my ability, not letting it bring me down so that I can once again try my best in my next assignment or exam
What went well:
I've been doing really well when it comes to my assignments and exams including my mock, overall I would say that I've maintained resilience throughout
What didn't go well: 
There have been some moments where I struggled to stay resilient, but aside from those moments I have done my very best

Explain: 
When I first started college I was struggling very largely with presentations as I hadn't built up my confidence, however I always did my best and tried as well as possibly, getting distinctions in pretty much all of them
