I honestly really want to know what was Amelia doing on roof of the school before her death was some up there with her or was she alone?

I think that Amelia might be the writer of gracefully because she had some files of the blogs in her phone when her mom went though it
 
I don't think Kate knew about Ben the boy Amelia had been talking to for ages until she goes though her phone a few days after her death
