In order to do that, I must have come core beliefs that I practice day in and day out. 

My number one belief is that I will be an unbiased party for every student. I will make sure that each student knows my door is always open and they can talk about whatever they need to without judgement. 

My second core belief is that I will always give them the honest answer. Being open and honest with a student is very important. There are tactful ways to share information with a student even when it may not be the best news. Giving the information in a way that is encouraging and uplifting can happen no matter what the outcome will be. 

My third core belief is that we have productive and successful students. Setting goals with students that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, and Realistic will be something we do on a regular basis. I think that is where my passion for children come from. I definitely prefer to be with the younger generation rather than the older generation. I also realized that I can see a huge difference in the presidents. I shared my conservative beliefs at the end of the test and got the results I posted.
