Recently I have decided to make a bunch of gifs to send to my students when I am talking about things like this. It is a good way to show a student something quickly and while they see the visual GIF I can still explain it. The most important thing to these gifs show the inputs though, since a lot of the time that is hard to explain. When you can show a student quickly how to do something visually with inputs it makes it 100 times easier for the student to understand

This is the big one for me.
KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS/ VERBAL COACHING SESSIONS.
I always do this on the first session i have with somebody. explaining everything around the different roles + fundamental and making a plan around it that fits the student the best.
In my opinion an in-game spectating and Vod review are pretty limited bc of the things you can say in the limited amount of time. i rather not focus on 1 game and just tell them what they have to do/what they did wrong that game bc it's in some cases not open enough but to specific. The knowledge session will go over every fundamental there is in the game + go over what fundamental they have to focus on at this point in time and why not the others. i personally do this with examples of high elo gameplay for pro play.

A standard long term coaching option:
I have done this for quiet a while now with my students. i offer them long term coaching + acc. long term coaching for those who have the time.
I have been doing this for over 2 months now.

Make it possible for coaches to do something along the lines of community Op.gg reviews, maybe on the proguides discord itself bc that's where the bigger audience is.

4) 
Let there be an option so that the coaches know what sessions the student takes so if needed the coach can send all the things he did with that student already to the coach that is currently with the student.
Also make it so that Coaches have to make a document of all of their long term students if the students wants this.

I think that when students sign up for a session on their dashboard they should already set the role they want to be coached on and their elo and also include their experience in the game. This suggestion saves a lot of time in my opinion where the coach can read the background of the student asking for coaching and know exactly what the student wants and help them gain the most out of their sessions instead of spending a portion of it gathering information. This type of information can pop up when coaches get the alert of a new session.

my 2nd suggestion maybe have been mentioned before but it would be nice to see a Proguides Coaching team competing in future events to represent the company and how great it is, to attract future students who will know that the players they are watching can be their coach if they choose so. This would be a session where a student would walk a coach through their daily routine. Going over warmup, aim training, and time spent in game. Many students waste time staying in creative (fortnite) or playing pubs when they could be be learning fighting techniques in arena. This just one example however, lots of students need structure to improve quickly which is the ultimate goal of *Proguides*. This would also be the best starter session for a new student. It's gonna be a LoL example but it might work for other games too.
The student can pick a coach to play a game on certain champion/role of his choice. The student is gonna spectate our live gameplay and he will be allowed to ask any questions the whole to fully understand our thought process. Why do we do this instead of doing something else, why did we recall, why did we path there etc. The coach can also proactively keep explaining his ideas and reasoning behind his actions. It would work just as videos of proses talking about their gameplay during the game but it's live so student will be able to ask anytime if he misses something. It could be really entertaining for students to see us struggle with classic "high elo" soloq problems on their favourite champions.

The "InstaPro" model gives off the impression of Pro Guides offering a rent-a-pro system instead of hiring a coach to instruct you how to be better in a game.

This leads to situations like what happened when Ops booked a Pro Guides coach. His 10k+ viewers had the impression that Ops was buying a "pro" to 1v1. While the coach wasn't bad at the game, he was no pro. Because he was a coach.

This can give off a bad vibe to ProGuides when players think its a pro they're booking but in reality, it's a coach more like BallawTW then say, Clix.

Changing text from "Pros" to "Coach/Pro Coaches" is a good step to start with.

If we want more coaching booked we can make so that when student rates coach as 5 star and writes a review (meaning he rly likes coach) we can automaticly set that student follows that coach and can see when he is next time online for more booking

Duo package,over time i had a lot of students wanting to have session with their duo partne (supp,adc combo) it would be cool if we can sell that as package,it would be something new,students would buy it because most of them have duos,and it will increase their improvement rapidly while coaches make more money

Vod reviews,5-10 minutes call or ability to chat with your coach and ask few follow up questions about the video.Also send another vod review to coach button is needed.
