NASA puts rockets on them so they go the speed they want to for it to land on the surface they want. <br><br>Rovers: A Rover is a vehicle that detaches from the lander when the lander reaches surface. The lander is designed to drive around the surface and the vehicle may last a few years depending on the surface. </div>]]></description>
