This idea was conceived when his parents were both killed and he was left orphaned. From there he decided to take matters to his own hands to protect the world from the darkness trying to prevail. He does this alone because he knows nobody knows the darkness as well as him, and his internal compass is so well calibrated, anyone else being involved would thwart any efforts for greatness. His characteristics, are he educates himself with books, and makes an effort to occupy his mind, while not conforming to society or any rules of the common man. Batman goes even as far as being a vigilante and breaking laws in order to prevent evil; all because he doesn't need the help of anyone else.

His whole business and dream was based on the success and popularity of a cartoon mouse. In the early stages of the company, Disney lacked supporters. He lacked so many supporters, in fact, that he went declared bankruptcy in 1923. This would have been the end of the road for most people, and for some of Disney's partners; it was. Many fellow business partners quit and told him to quit as well. However, Disney's resolve wouldn't let him. He had a dream and would finish it, no matter who left and who liked it in the end. This relates, because both are explaining that changing yourself or waiting on life to give you the things you want are impossible. If anyone wants any kind of change in their life, it is completely up to them. Don't even think about what others will think, for that will only distract you and change you for the worse.
