Reuben, a 15 year old boy with an interest in the supernatural. He is insecure about his looks, and is a bit of a nervous wreck sometimes, but is brave when he needs to be. He is annoyed by his friend Jace often, but at the end of the day cares about him a lot. He’s doing his best. 

Where does this character live?
Reuben lives in Junkstown, a fictional town I made up that is in somewhere in the USA. No clue where exactly yet. 

What did they like to do before the event that changed them?
He had a regular life, going to school and hanging out with Jace and getting pulled into some antics too. But everything really changed when he and Jace were dared to go into a “haunted” house by a bully. This is where they found the demon summoning book. Now he and Jace find themselves up against Droodim and Shelby, other students at the school who also have a demon summoning book, but aren’t using it for good. Now they brawl with demons and stuff

they don't live in any specific place because they wander around fighting monsters, but they were born in a walled desert city called Meishui. 

they like to go to bath houses and hot springs.
