Yes, Personal Development has been helpful for me as it taught me valuable lessons that I can apply in real-life situations. These lessons helped me understand and know my emotions, strengths, and weaknesses better. Having this understanding about myself will help me improve and become a better person.

Personal development taught me how to grow and become the best version of myself. This subject taught me emotional management, self-awareness, good relationships with peer, family, and self. Through this subject, I was able to reflect on myself and also learned that there will also be a room for me to improve.

I love all of the topics in this subject, but my two favorite topics are Mental Health and Wellbeing and Family Structures and Legacy, as these are topics I could relate to the most. Through these topics, I was able to identify on what areas in myself I need to understand and improve better. These topics taught me how to take care of my mental health and value the people who support me.
