1. Ketentuan Umum & Hak Cipta 🎨

- Hak Cipta: Hak cipta karya tetap milik Fey, ya. Kamu akan mendapatkan lisensi penggunaan sesuai paket yang kamu pilih.

- Kredit: Jangan lupa tag atau cantumkan credit ke Fey (@feyfeyz13) kalau kamu posting karyanya di media sosial! (Kecuali untuk komisi Private).

- Aturan Ketat: Tolong jangan edit, trace, atau meniru karyaku secara sistematis. Karyaku juga tidak boleh digunakan untuk NFT/Crypto, bahan training AI (Generative AI), konten ilegal/kebencian, atau melanggar hak cipta pihak lain.

- Hak Menolak: Fey berhak menolak komisi jika sedang full booked, di luar niche, atau di luar kemampuan teknis Fey, tanpa perlu penjelasan panjang.

2. Pembayaran & Refund 💳

- Metode: Lokal (Bank Transfer (BCA), ShopeePay, GoPay, Dana, QRIS) & Internasional (PayPal, Ko-fi).

- Sistem: Kamu bisa bayar Full 100% di awal (setelah sketsa disetujui), atau (sangat disarankan) DP 50% setelah sketsa disetujui dan sisanya 50% setelah karya selesai.

- Refund:

Batal sebelum mulai: Refund 100%.

Batal setelah sketsa selesai: Refund 50%.

Kalau sudah masuk tahap lineart atau coloring, maaf ya tidak bisa refund.

Force Majeure (Fey sakit/darurat): Kalau delay lebih dari 7 hari, kamu boleh minta refund kok!

3. Proses Pembuatan & Waktu ⏳

- Estimasi Waktu: Chibi/Semi-chibi (3–7 hari), Anime/Semi-realis (7–14 hari). Komisi komersial/indie mungkin butuh tambahan 3-5 hari. Semakin detail, mungkin butuh waktu lebih.

- Update Tahapan: Aku akan selalu kirim preview di tiap tahap penting: Sketsa ➔ Lining ➔ Coloring ➔ Render akhir. (Kecuali komisi tipe "Surprise me/Skeb").

- Mohon Respon Cepat: Tolong berikan feedback maksimal 48 jam setelah preview dikirim ya! Kalau lewat dari itu, pengerjaan akan di-pause dan dilempar ke antrean berikutnya.

4. Revisi ✍️

- Gratis: 2x revisi mayor (perubahan besar) di tahap sketsa, dan 1x revisi minor (misal ganti warna mata/rambut) di tahap lining/coloring.

- Revisi Ekstra: Kalau jatah revisi habis, ada biaya tambahan: 10k/revisi.

- Penting: Perubahan besar (ganti pose/karakter) tidak bisa dilakukan kalau lineart sudah disetujui. Kalau terpaksa banget, akan dihitung sebagai komisi baru atau dikenakan biaya rework 75%.

5. Penggunaan & Lisensi 📜

- Personal Use (Harga Standar): Bebas post di sosmed atau cetak untuk koleksi pribadi. Tidak untuk dijual/promosi bisnis.

- Semi-Commercial / Indie (Harga x 1.75): Boleh untuk avatar VTuber/PNGTuber, cover buku indie, atau promosi content creator kecil. Bukan untuk merchandise produksi massal.

- Full Commercial (Harga x 2.5): Boleh untuk jualan merchandise, promosi brand kecil, atau aset game indie. Dapat lisensi eksklusif selama 2 tahun.

- Full Copyright Transfer (Harga x 4): Hak cipta sepenuhnya jadi milikmu! (Akan ada kontrak tertulis).

6. Privasi Komisi 🤫

Secara default, Fey akan memajang karya/WIP di portofolio atau sosmed.

- Private (Rahasia Total): Kalau mau 100% rahasia, ada biaya tambahan +30% dari total harga. Wajib info dari awal ya!

- Delay Post: Mau karyanya ditahan agar nggak di-post sampai maksimal 30 hari? Boleh banget dan ini gratis!

7. Do's & Don'ts 🎨

- Do: Manusia (semua umur/bentuk tubuh), hewan peliharaan, OC & Fanart, maksimal 5 karakter per frame, background simpel hingga detail.

- Don'ts: NSFW / Gore / Fetish, Mecha/Robot yang terlalu kompleks, kendaraan teknis, konten politik/propaganda.

8. Tanggung Jawab Klien 🤝

- Brief Jelas: Siapkan referensi visual, deskripsi karakter, dan deadline (minimal beri waktu 14 hari kerja ya, in rush fee bisa dibicarakan).

- Komunikasi: Sampaikan feedback dengan sopan dan jelas (contoh: "Bisa tolong buat matanya lebih besar?" alih-alih "Aku kurang suka, tolong ubah"). Kata-kata kasar tidak akan ditoleransi dan komisi bisa dibatalkan sepihak.

- Pembayaran Tepat Waktu: Pelunasan maksimal 3 hari kerja setelah preview akhir. Keterlambatan pembayaran akan ada denda 5% per hari.

1. Sketsa: 2 revisi di awal, tidak terbatas setelah melakukan DP.

2. Lining: 2 revisi mayor

3. Coloring: tidak terbatas

4. Lighting + mood: 2 revisi lighting, tidak terbatas untuk mood

5. Render: tidak ada revisi

Biaya revisi tambahan: 10k/revisi

‼️Ketentuan berikut berlaku setelah tahap sketsa.

- Revisi minor: pengurangan atau penambahan fitur/detail kecil, contoh: memendekkan poni karakter.

- Revisi mayor: pengubahan fitur, contoh: ubah ekspresi karakter dari marah menjadi sedih/ubah pose tangan.

Note: Revisi mayor tidak termasuk perubahan keseluruhan gambar, contoh: ubah pose karakter. Perubahan keseluruhan/total hanya bisa dilakukan pada tahap sketsa.

Terdapat batasan 2 revisi mayor (revisi besar) pada tahap sketsa, selebihnya bisa lakukan DP 50% terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan revisi sketsa tak terbatas.

Meminta untuk menambahkan atau mengurangi fitur tidak akan memakan jatah revisi (Berlaku pada fase lining). Contoh:

- Tolong tambahkan kacamata pada karakter.

- Tolong buat poni karakter lebih pendek.

Note!! Untuk penambahan seperti motif baju, props, dsb. Akan memakan jatah revisi, tergantung tingkat kerumitan dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan.

Meminta untuk mengubah fitur akan memakan jatah revisi. Contoh:

- Tolong ubah pose tangannya menjadi seperti ini (sertakan referensi).

- Tolong ubah model poninya menjadi seperti ini (sertakan referensi).

- Tolong ubah bentuk matanya menjadi lebih sayu.

Meminta untuk mengubah warna tidak akan memakan jatah revisi namun mohon perhatiannya untuk memberikan arahan warna yang jelas.

Meminta untuk mengubah tone mood tidak akan memakan jatah revisi, namun meminta untuk mengubah lighting dapat memakan jatah revisi.

1. General Terms & Copyright 🎨

- Copyright: I (Fey) retain the full copyright of the artwork. You will receive a usage license based on the package you choose.

- Credits: Please credit me (@feyfeyz13) when posting the artwork on your social media! (Unless it's a Private commission).

- Strict Rules:Please do not edit, trace, or heavily copy my art style. My art must not be used for NFTs/Blockchain, AI training datasets, illegal/hate speech content, or anything that infringes on third-party rights.

- Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline a commission if I'm fully booked, if it's outside my comfort zone/niche, or if the request is beyond my technical capabilities.

2. Payment & Refunds 💳

- Methods: Local (Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, GoPay, Dana) & International (PayPal, Ko-fi).

- Structure: You can pay 100% after sketch, or (highly recommended) 50% after sketch and the remaining 50% after finished work.

- Refunds:

Canceled before starting: 100% refund.

Canceled after the sketch is done: 50% refund.

Once I start the lineart or coloring, I can no longer offer refunds.

Force Majeure (Illness/Emergencies): If I am delayed for more than 7 days, you can request a refund!

3. Process & Timeline ⏳

- Turnaround Time: Chibi/Semi-chibi (3–7 days), Anime/Semi-realism (7–14 days). Commercial/Indie commissions might take an extra 3-5 days. Highly detailed pieces may take a bit longer.

- Milestones: I’ll keep you updated! You will get previews at these stages: Sketch ➔ Lining ➔ Coloring ➔ Final Render. (Except for "Surprise me/Skeb" style comms).

- Prompt Responses: Please try to reply to my updates within 48 hours! If I don't hear back, your project will be paused and moved to the next slot.

4. Revisions ✍️

- Freebies: 2 major revisions during the rough sketch phase, and 1 minor revision (like changing eye/hair color) during the lining/coloring.

- Extra Revisions: If you run out of free revisions, it's $2 per change.

- Important: Major structural changes (like changing a pose) cannot be done after the lineart is approved. If you really need it changed, it will count as a new commission or incur a 75% rework fee.

5. Usage & Licenses 📜

- Personal Use (Base Price): Perfect for your social media or printing for your wall! Not for commercial promotion or resale.

- Semi-Commercial / Indie (Price x 1.75): Great for VTuber/PNGTuber avatars, indie self-published book covers, or small content creator promos.

- Full Commercial (Price x 2.5): For selling merchandise, small brand promos, or indie game assets. You get an exclusive 2-year license!

- Full Copyright Transfer (Price x 4): You own the full copyright! (Requires a written contract).

6. Privacy & Secrets 🤫

By default, I might post your commission or WIPs on my social media/portfolio to show off our cool project!

-100% Private: If it's top secret, there is a +30% fee on the total price. Please let me know during the initial brief!

- Delayed Posting: Want me to wait up to 30 days before posting? Just ask, this is absolutely free!

7. Do & Don'ts 🎨

- Do: Humans (all ages/body types), Pets & Animals, OCs & Fanart, up to 5 characters per frame, simple to detailed backgrounds.

- Don't: Explicit NSFW / Gore / Fetishes, complex Mecha/Robots/Vehicles, hateful/political content.

8. Client Responsibilities 🤝

- Clear Brief: Please provide visual references, character descriptions, and your deadline (please give me at least 14 working days' notice).

- Kind Communication: Constructive and clear feedback is always appreciated! (e.g., "Could we make the eyes bigger?" instead of "I don't like it, fix it"). Abusive language will result in immediate cancellation.

- Timely Payments: Final payment is due within 3 workin

g days after the final preview. Late payments (over 7 days) will incur a 5% daily late fee.

1. Sketch: 2 revisions at the beginning, unlimited after making a down payment.

2. Lining: 2 major revisions

3. Coloring: unlimited

4. Lighting + mood: 2 lighting revisions, unlimited for mood

5. Render: no revisions

Additional revision fee: $2/revision

‼️The following terms apply after the sketch phase.

- Minor revisions: removal or addition of small features/details, e.g., shortening a character’s bangs.

- Major revisions: changes to features, e.g., changing a character’s expression from angry to sad/changing hand poses.

Note: Major revisions do not include overall changes to the image, e.g., changing a character’s pose. Complete/total changes can only be made during the sketching phase.

There is a limit of 2 major revisions (major changes) during the sketching phase; for additional revisions, please pay a 50% deposit first to receive unlimited sketch revisions.

Requests to add or remove features will not count toward your revision quota (applies to the lining phase). Examples:

- Please add glasses to the character.

- Please make the character’s bangs shorter.

Note!! Additions such as clothing patterns, props, etc., will count toward your revision quota; depending on complexity, additional fees may apply.

Requests to change features will count toward your revision quota. Examples:

- Please change the hand pose to look like this (include a reference).

- Please change the bangs style to look like this (include a reference).

- Please make the eyes look more dreamy.

Requesting a color change will not use up revision credits, but please provide clear color instructions.

Requesting a change in mood tone will not use up revision credits, but requesting a change in lighting may use up revision credits.
