Strengthens faith and helps in making decisions and facing challenges with Allah’s wisdom.

In the Hadith of Jibril, the angel Jibril asked Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) about the basics of Islam. The Prophet explained three important parts of faith:

1. Iman (Faith): Believing in Allah, His angels, His books, His prophets, the Day of Judgment, and destiny.

2. Islam (Submission): Following the Five Pillars of Islam—Shahada (faith declaration), Salat (prayer), Zakat (charity), Sawm (fasting in Ramadan), and Hajj (pilgrimage).

3. Ihsan (Excellence): Worshiping Allah as if you see Him, and knowing He is always watching you.

This Hadith is important because it shows the journey of faith: first believing in Allah (Iman), then following His commands (Islam), and finally striving to worship with sincerity and excellence (Ihsan).

Understanding Hadith Jibril and the Pillars of Islam

Hadith Jibril

The Hadith of Jibril explains the foundation of Islam: Iman (faith), Islam (practice), and Ihsan (excellence). It teaches that faith comes first, then practicing Islam, and finally striving for spiritual excellence.

Pillars of Islam

The Five Pillars of Islam help Muslims live a balanced life. They guide us in worshiping Allah, treating others well, and growing spiritually and morally. These pillars are a practical way to follow the teachings in the Hadith of Jibril.

Believing in Allah means knowing that there is only one God, Allah. He created everything and takes care of the world. He is the most kind, most powerful, and the only one we should worship.

Belief in Angels

Angels are special beings created by Allah. They follow His commands and never disobey Him. They do not have free will like humans.

Belief in the Books (Kitab)

Believing in the books means accepting that Allah gave holy books to His prophets to guide people. The main books are the Qur'an, Torah, Psalms, and Gospel. The Qur'an is the last and complete book, and it has never changed.

These books teach people how to live, giving wisdom, laws, and spiritual lessons. The Qur'an is the final and perfect guide for Muslims.

Believing in prophets means accepting that Allah sent messengers to guide people. It started with Prophet Adam (AS) and ended with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the last and final messenger.

Believing in messengers means believing in all prophets sent by Allah. Some of their names are mentioned in the Qur'an, like Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), and Isa (Jesus), while others are not. Prophets are good role models who taught people Allah’s message.

Belief in Qiyamah (The Day of Judgment)

Believing in Qiyamah means knowing that one day, all people will be brought back to life to answer for their actions. This is called the Day of Judgment. The Qur'an and Hadith explain what will happen on that day.

Belief in Qada and Qadar (Divine Decree and Predestination)

Believing in Qada and Qadar means accepting that everything happens by Allah’s will. Both good and bad things in life are part of His plan.

Qada means Allah has decided everything that happens, even if we don’t understand it.

Qadar means Allah already knows and has written what will happen in the future. Nothing happens without His permission.

Ihsan in Islam means doing everything in the best way possible, with sincerity and excellence. It is about worshipping and living as if you can see Allah. Even though you cannot see Him, you know that He sees you. This encourages Muslims to be honest, pure, and dedicated in their faith and actions.

Why Eschatology (Heaven and Hell) Matters

Eschatology is the study of what happens after death. In Islam, this is important because it reminds people that their actions have consequences. Believing in the Day of Judgment (Qiyamah) helps Muslims stay on the right path and follow Allah’s commands.

Heaven (Jannah) is the reward for those who believe in Allah, worship Him sincerely, and do good deeds. It is described as a beautiful place full of peace, happiness, and blessings, with gardens, rivers, and endless joy.

Hell (Jahannam) is the punishment for those who reject faith and do evil. It is described as a place of fire and suffering for those who refuse to repent.

-Help and take care of them, especially when they are old.

-Pray for their health and happiness.

Good Manners Toward Neighbours and Society :

-Be kind to your neighbours, no matter their religion.

-Keep peace and do not harm others.

-Show good behaviour in public places.

Good Manners as a Student :

-Respect your teachers and elders.

-Study hard, be patient, and stay dedicated to learning.

-Learn with humility and use knowledge to help others.
