 I believe adding the phrase are diverse learners and can learn at high levels ensure all students are included in the conceptual  framework.

"Teaching and Leading beyond the Boundaries", is how I perceive teaching should be done always. 

 Reaching out to parents in a non traditional methods, such as daily calls; explaining  how the students day was; if and when necessary. 

This commitment shows how much you want to see a student succeed. 

Effective communication has always, been a plus for me, however knowing when to follow the lead of others is my down fall.
