Keeping a diary may sound like the behavior of a child, but I only need to face myself and have no worries when I keep a diary. In the daily contact with others after I may be the self-interest and other factors to make dishonest behavior. I know being honest is responsible for myself and others, and is good for my own development. When I only need to think about my own future, I will naturally become frank and analyze everything about myself. This allows me to be honest with myself and keep a record of my honesty throughout the day, including whether to lie directly, conceal the truth and avoid questions. After completing the diary, I will classify and counted the number of dishonest behaviors to find out the common types of dishonest behaviors. In addition, ask myself why I lied or withheld the truth and consider the consequences of being honest or dishonest about the incident. At the same time, I will also statistics on my behavior of overcoming psychological barriers to confess the truth and observed whether there are progress and change after a period of recording. 

After a period of statistics, I believe I will find that I have made progress. At the same time, I will have a deeper understanding of the benefits that honesty can bring to myself and others. Being honest with myself and others is the most important quality of a leader.

Negative emotions, such as sadness and fear, are life's reminder of people's mistakes so that they can better deal with problems in the face of similar situations next time. This allows us to make progress, each time of negative emotion comes out can let us better learn from the experience, so, understanding the reason of the failure is the most important thing I need to work on. We can feel the negative emotions means that we are confronted with difficulties, which can be realized and is also not terrible. For example, the earthquake is devastating, and we can not realize this disaster until it happens, this is real trouble. For now, we have an earthquake warning, make the earthquake can be realized, leading to fewer casualties. After the mass casualties, people felt negative emotions. In order to avoid the recurrence of the same kind of situation, human invented the earthquake warning. That proves the importance of negative emotions and find the way the fix the problem. I think sadness is one of the factors that promote human development, and we can better improve ourselves after recognizing the meaning of sadness. Negative emotions are what motivate us to work positively

Distraction is the most important way to release sadness. When I am surrounded by vulnerability or negative emotions, I will inevitably keep thinking about this matter, constantly regret and complain. At this time, I need to shift my attention, there are many ways to release negative emotions. For me, I think can even cry, many people think that boys should not cry, but I think crying is not a cowardly behavior. This is an effective way to release emotions, to release sadness by not holding back tears. This is to better face the suffering, is a show of courage. Finding the most effective way for us to release our sadness allows us to return to a positive state more quickly and deal with the problems in front of us. Sometimes, I still fell in the negative emotions and cannot be positive for a long time, I will still work on it. In the future, even though my team and I need to face the trouble or vulnerability, I will still face it with my team, positive emotion, and my smile. If I cannot stand out to lead my team, nobody will do it. That is the reason why the release of negative emotions are quite important.
