Summer Vacation June 12, 2023

On June 12 I went to Huitzuco, Guerrero, Mexico. I went for 2 months with my Tia and cousins. The place that I went to was where my dad grew up and I got to meet my other family I have never met before. I got to see his house that he made while he was in the U.S.. I eventually got very close to my family especially my grandma. I would go to the mercado with her whenever she asked me to it was very fun and beautiful seeing stuff I wouldn't usually see in the U.S.. I also saw different places like the church in el zocalo and la plaza de toros trinidad uriza. I experienced my first jaripeo there and it was very fun and interesting to see.

Movie Day August 27, 2023

On this day it was a week after I had just came back from Mexico. I went to the Irvine Spectrum to watch a movie called the Blue Beetle. I went with my family to watch it but my parents and brother decided to watch another movie. So I only watched it with my sister. Before we watched the movie we spent time shopping at some stores. I got clothes and so did my sister for back to school. When it was time we went to the movie theater and purchased snacks. Overall the movie was really god and made me and my sister laugh.

On this day I went to the fair with my friend. The fair was at Peak Park and there were more rides than I expected. First we paid for our unlimited wristband which means we were able to ride all the rides we wanted to go on. The first ride we went to was a swing ride which was really fun and we took pictures because of the pretty view. My favorite ride had to be the Sky fire one because it went in loops. I also got a henna tattoo while I was there and the lady did an amazing job and I loved the design.

On this day I went to hang out with my friend because I haven't seen her since I went to Mexico. We went to the Buena Park Mall and we went to different stores. We also went to the mall because we wanted to watch a movie. We bought the tickets and got snacks the movie was pretty good. After the movies we looked around some more. I bought a perfume from bath & body works which smelled so good. We also went to the sephora in kohls and we got free samples. While we were there we also looked at the clothes.

On this day I went ice skating with my friend Isa. We went to the Irvine Spectrum but before that I went to her house. I saw her cute dogs and it made me so happy seeing them. After that we headed over and the first thing we did was look around and see all the stores. We bought some stuff from different stores. Right before it was time to ice skate we treated ourselves with ice cream. We went ice skating for an hour which was super fun but also tiring. I was actually pretty good at it and I impressed myself. When we were done we decided to go eat and we got some delicious Pho. Then we looked at some other stores but we then decided to ride Ferris wheel. We took so many pictures because of the view.
