The Disclosing Party affirms that they do not claim copyright over public government documents (e.g., NRC manuals), but they reserve rights over the specific format, file source, structure, or compiled presentation provided. The Receiving Party acknowledges that while some contents may be public domain, the arrangement and delivery of these files are proprietary and not to be copied or redistributed.

Permitted Use

The Materials are provided solely for individual, non-commercial, educational purposes. Any use beyond this scope, including derivative work, publication, or instructional redistribution, is expressly prohibited without written authorization.

No License

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights, by license or otherwise, to the Receiving Party under any patent, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of the Disclosing Party
