         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Appearance<br>The overall looked very appetising and the tart looks like it'll be very crunchy as it has a nice slight brown burnt to it. The fillings looked very rich in milk and the peaches looked thinly sliced.<br>2. Aroma<br>When freshly removed from the oven, the tarts smelt very buttery and savoury.<br>And when i went closer tosmell each part of the tart, the peaches had no smell to it but the custard filling had a mild milky smell. The crust was very buttery smelling and it was very tempting.<br>3. Taste<br>The tarts tasted very amazing because the crust was savory and buttery. I was glad that i did not over do my dough as i was able to taste the small chunks of butter. I was also happy that i baked it just right to achieve the light brown crust on the top. The filling was very buttery and i think if i ever make it in the future, i will use less butter as stated in teachers recipe. The peaces were sweet and tasted very fresh. <br>Texture<br>The tart was very crunchy and had bits of butter in it. The custard filling was very thick and creamy and the peaches were slightly crunchy. The overall texture of the Peach custrad tart was awesome because it had savory from the crust, sweet from the peaches and milky from the custard. Appearance<br>The appearance of the Custard Fruit Tart looks golden brown in colour.&nbsp; Along with the custard and fresh sliced peaches, it looks soft, creamy and bright in colour for the filling.<br>2. Aroma<br>The custard fruit tart smells like the crust it had once it was out of the oven and after putting the fillings, I could smell the strong aroma of custard and peaches, making me want to try and take a bite of it. &nbsp;<br>3. Taste<br>When we take a bit of the custard fruit tart, I could taste the bland saltiness of the cooked dough we made. When there fillings of peaches and custard on it, there is a contrast to it as it is a mixture of eating both sweet and a little bu=it salty at the same time. The peach tasted sweet and fresh and the custard tasted sweet and fluffy too.<br>4. Texture<br>The crust has a dry texture as it was cooked from the oven and the custard itself was soft, fluffy and creamy.&nbsp; While the peach was soft, but when the tart was put in the refrigerator, the peaches is cool.<br>5.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Apperance<br>It looks golden brown and it looked fresh as the peaches looked like brand new and when we placed everything together it looked soft chewy and bright .It attracted me to eat it.the pastry looked crispy like a biscuit <br>2.Aroma<br>It smelled like peaches and custard it also smelled a bit buttery <br>And it smelled like when u enter a bakery<br>The whole thing smelt really strong mainly the custard .<br>3.Taste <br>It tasted like  peach custard tart it tasted buttery and also the sigh blended really well with the custard and peaches.It had a quint of salt and a Qing of sweetness .The peach tasted fresh and chewy and juicy.The dough tasted crispy like biscuits.The custard was fluffy and sweet.The peaches was salty abit but it was also sweet but more sweet than salt.<br>4.Texture<br>The crust had a crispy but yet bubbly look th custard looked like it was sweet and soft .The pastry crust was dry the peaches had a soft texture the but we think we should have put  the dough in the oven longer.<br>5.Picture<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Appearance<br>At it's edges, the tart is slightly golden brown. In the center and on the bottom parts of the tard, it's a tint of beige with yellow. This may be evidence that it wasn't cooked well enough, possibly the oven hadn't reached the optimal temperature, or simply not enough time. The tart lacked color and therefore didn't look very attractive to eat. Although the tart was lacking in colour, the peaches added helped 'brighten' up the tart. The appealing, bright yellow complimented the tart's uninteresting 'almost-golden-brown-yet-not' color. The tart wasn't 'designed' in any way, giving the impression that not much effort was put in. However, that fact was hidden with the placement of the peaches. Although it did well in hiding that fact, it also covered most of the custard. This added on to the fact that the tart was uninteresting. Overall, the appearance was quite average.<br>2. Aroma<br>The tart had that pleasant smell of pastries that have been freshly baked from the oven. This smell enticed me  and made up for the fact that it's appearance was quite boring. This smell, has a downside as well. I couldn't smell the scent of peaches. Which kind of defeated the purpose of those peaches, besides taste and presentation. Even though the tart had such an enticing smell, it was temporary and soon faded away after a few hours.<br>3. Taste<br>The taste, for an average looking tart with a subtle aroma, was unsurprisingly average. It had a simple taste, buttery. That was the tart- the crust, that I was describing. When eaten with the custard, it reached a bliss point. A balance of sweet and buttery, it wasn't too sweet nor too buttery. However, after taking a few bites, it didn't make me want more. It's taste, no matter how balanced, was boring, but maybe because of that 'neutral' taste was what made it unappealing to continue eating it. The peaches sort of tipped the balance, but not in a good way. It didn't compliment the taste of butter and custard at all. The peaches were sweet yet sour, the sourness, I felt was a taste that wouldn't go well with butter or custard. <br>4. Texture<br>The crust was way too crumbly. It fell apart too easily and made a mess. This made it quite difficult to eat without spilling crumbs everywhere, which kind of ruined my appetite. It was almost powder-like, I was expecting more of a crunch to it. The custard had a nice consistency to it, it was creamy. The peach soft still kept its moisture.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. From a first glance the tarts were covered with peach slices but the peach slices were cut too big so it covers most of the tart itself. The tarts are not all the same colour as I think when I was making the design for the edges, I made some too thin so it has a darker shade to it and there is one that is thicker than the last one which resulted in it being a peach colour. On the edges the design is not really visible and the crust looks crispy but there is crumbs<br> that broke off. Unfortunately the custard is not visible as the peach slices have covered it.<br><br>2. There was a really strong smell of milk when i smelt it and i think it is because of the custard. Unfortunately, I could not smell the peaches as i think the smell of  the milk overpowered it.<br><br>3. The tart had a strong taste of milk and butter which was coming from the custard there was also a strong sweet taste which was from the peach slices, but i think that the sweet taste from the peaches was standing out in a wrong way as it did not compliment the custard that filled the tart, actually i think that the tart would taste better without the peach slices. The crust of the tart tasted of dough and basically nothing. When i kept on continuing to eat the tart i feel like stopping as the taste of the milk is really power full and strong and i think that is because i placed too much custard into the tart.<br>4.The texture of the crust was really rough but as the same time it kept crumbling so you cant hold on to it without the crumbs falling. The custard was not too watery and not to sticky, it was like creamy texture. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.The top was covered with diced peaches,at its edges,it is a bit uneven.The filling is white,thick and creamy looking.The orange and white colour combination of the fruit tart looks delicious and make me want to eat it.The water on the peaches tells me that it is juicy.<br>2.When i take a sniff of the tart,it smell evenly cooked.The smell of the milky flavour from the filling make my hungry.Overall the smell of the fruit tart smell cooked and its telling me to eat it while its fresh.<br>3.It tasted milky and sweet,the filling is just nice and gives a little bit of the butter,together with the peaches, the tart was very well made and overall it tasted very well as the synergy of the peaches and the pastry filling was prefect.<br>4.The pastry was crunchy,the tart is firm and does not break apart easily,the cream is soft and does not taste watery but also not dry my mouth.The peaches is soft and moist which help in not dry my mouth when i eat it</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)Appearance: It has a very exquisite look as if it was made by a experience baker. The pattern on the edge tart is well crafted to perfection making it look as it took alot of time to shape it resulting in the shape. The soft look filling below supporting the peach slices look delicious, without putting too many or too little peaches , the tart looks in good proportion with everything in the right place right ,size and right shape. Overall giving the delight a savoury look.<br><br>2)aroma:When i first encountered the tart, i imediately caught my attention with its delightful smell.I could smell its filling, it smelled of a nice milky and tarty dessert. I took notice that the smell was not overpowering yet not too little till little or no smell. The peaches were the ones that brought a smile to my face, a fruity, tasty smell. Overall making me hungry and craving for it each time i smell it.    <br><br>3)taste:The delight as a wonderful taste. I have always like peach tarts but this is the one that brought the wides smile to my face when i to a bit in it. There was a strong taste of a creamy, milky favour with was delicious. I could taste the appetising peaches which were mouth-watering even after having more than a bit of it. The tart has a mid nice taste of pastry with tasted amazing. overall the right ingridents are in the right place making the delicacy something wanting to die for. <br><br>4)texture: When i held the tart, it felt soft and smooth yet it was firm which did not fall apart easily. The cream was soft and smooth to the touch even so it was not watery or slimy. The peaches were so soft and moist like it was just freshly plucked from its tree. Overall it is something that i would save up to but just to have it as it will be worth my money. <br><br>5)photo:</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)Appearance:It has a very good look as a final work.The outer part of the tart was crumbly as i did not make it properly when moulding the outer part of the tart.The inner part of thr tart looked creamy and it supported the peach which was the final piece to make the tart complete<br>2)Aroma:It smelled like pastry which had caught my attention, it also smelled like peach and a bit burnt of the brownish outer crust.<br>3)Taste:It tasted sweet and delecious as the peach was sweet and the inner part of the tart tasted like milkish cream which enhanced the flavour of the tart itself as it was the main part of the tart which gave the best taste of the tart.The outer part of the tart <br>was crunchy and and tasted a bit too salty as i put abit too much into it.overall the tart tasted delecious and nutritious.<br>4)Texture:When i held it to eat it felt soft in the inside and rough on the outside.the outer part was supporting both the soft and creamy filling the middle and the peach on top of the fillings.<br>5 Picture:</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Appearance: As for the crust, it looks&nbsp;<br>light brown in color, somewhat soft and sported an appearance similar to that of a pizza crust. The crust also appears to be smooth and soft.<br><br>Aroma: Sweet, soft, and a combination of peach and custard.&nbsp; It smells like freshly baked bread baked to maximum perfection.<br><br>Taste: Creamy, soft, silky and smooth. The peach on the tart complimented the sweet taste of the custard - alongside with the feather soft crust which made the taste of the tart alot better.<br><br>Texture: Extra thick, smooth and streamline.<br><br>(edit: The old post somehow didn't save its progress and I had to redo it.)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Appearance:The crust looks kind of golden but it was not smooth and was kind of broken.It looks like a tart.<br>Aroma:The tart has a crispy and buttery smell of custard and combination with peach.<br><br>Taste:The tart tasted buttery and the custard was not sweet enough.It was also creamy and we could taste the butter mixing with the peach as we bite into it.The tart was crispy and nice.<br><br>Texture:The tart was crispy and soft.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
