         <description><![CDATA[<div>The biggest part of design is reducing drag (at least in this case), so how can you do that? Well, you don't just want to focus on the top of the car. The bottom should be close to the ground and flat. A good top design should be the "doorstop" or "wedge design. This let's the air flow over it kind of like a ramp. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the testing, we probably will not get a ton of compressed air, so you'd have to test it with different pushes (some really light, others more powerful), and find out how hard the air would have to push to do certain distances, and estimate how many adjustments you could do to make the lightest push go farther. A finish line could be a slow-motion camera, like your iPhone, should work. You could also have a real finish line that you could break to be more actuate with your measurements.
