-Linear processes aren't necessarily the most effective when dealing with emerging / modern markets (thinking along the lines of bureaucracy and how its failing)
-A definitive "end state" is not prevalent.  It's difficult to discern where we are headed, therefore, its difficult to plan and makes management / leadership complicated

We can likely include it in our group submission! Perhaps tomorrow we should assign positions / parts of the essay that each individual can work on drafting...
