         <description><![CDATA[<div>Expressing emotions<br>I think that one who is expressing emotions is good for health like suppressing our emotions will make the person to burst one day it will be more hurtful then the first time. So I personally feel like that.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Rewards for own self&nbsp;<br>When i am planning to do a work like a huge work I do make myself to accept that if you done this work you can eat this like that. So when we are making believe that rewarding our self the work will be more effective and fast.&nbsp;<br><br>Self care&nbsp;<br>Going a walk in a peaceful place will make you to think about your own and it will give you some answers for the issues going on, leaving all works and getting a self care for one day in a month will make you refreshing. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that having realistic beliefs is very essential for wellness.&nbsp;<br>To not have any expectations and to always feel positive is not very realistic. Feeling low, sad, worried, stressed or&nbsp; extremely excited, happy, high are all emotions we will definitely go through. So for one's well being, our beliefs must be kept realistic. Feeling discouraged because our goal is to reach ‘perfection’, does not enhance our growth. We must give space to ourselves for mistakes and failures.&nbsp;<br>I feel this is extremely important in a fast paced world where competition is everything and 'Strive for the best' is what we always hear.<br>Furthermore, trying to be what others want us to be or trying to make every single person around us happy are very unrealistic thoughts and will only build on unhealthy stress. So it's very important to keep our beliefs realistic as we strive for wellness.</div>]]></description>

         <title>To care for my self I try to spend time with myself, I prefer going for a walk. Self care for me is not being in front of a screen, as all my classes are online. I tend to get very anxious and physically agitated whenever I&#39;m stressed or overwhelmed, so I try to cope by either meditating or doing some physical activity.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When it comes to self care, i usually try my best to take out time for doing the things that make me feel happy and reduce my stress level.<br>Most of the times i paint something, just for fun. I try to read, which makes me feel less stressed about the current problems.&nbsp;<br>When i am overwhelmed, i try to read books by the authors i already know and like. This gives me a sense of belonging and calms my nerves.<br>I love going out, meeting people and the cafe culture in general. So even if it's a busy schedule, i try to go out. This makes me feel more physically tired, which i counter by adding to my resting hours, but it helps me to feel good about things, the next day.<br>Being aware about what i am feeling and spending time to actually sit and note it down has helped me so far.<br>I can improve this by adding a physical activity and eating healthy in general.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For self-care, the first thing I know will help is just talking to God about it and spending time building my relationship with him. I feel that time is one of the main things in this world that can help. It can help us realize and learn a lot about the situations around us.&nbsp;<br><br>Awareness of what I feel is something that gives me a chance to work on it. Bottling up a feeling just makes is grow, making it more dangerous. Working on accepting changes around me in my own time is something that I find helps.<br><br>Singing used to be something that made me feel happy and warm on the inside, but I lost that in these past few months. Working on that could help me too.<br><br>Playing guitar, watching anime or k-dramas and trying to get more than one pullup lol...these are things that help me be more aware of my surroundings and feel a little more relaxed.&nbsp;<br><br>Taking some time for yourself to think about things, maybe go for a walk or listen to some music can really help too.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Self-care takes different looks for me bases on what I want to cope with. One of them being <strong>binge-reading</strong> manga/ watching anime, it helps you escape and sometimes while I am watching I get lost in thoughts that bring in awareness of what I want to escape from and there is reflection to be done on my part. Reading anything helps calm my nerves and also serve as a distraction sometimes.<br><br>Listening to new <strong>music</strong> from languages I don't understand, some of the songs bring discomfort while others bring peace and feelings of relaxation. This is a nice time to feel free to feel the emotions below surface level. <br><br>I use <strong>art </strong>not as an outlet but as a safe space for me to create, be who I am and be free of judgment, these pieces are just for my eyes. This is like a 'me time' activity sort of thing, its a free space for me to be who i want to be. <br><br>I've recently starting<strong> journalling </strong>and that has helped a lot as an outlet for certain things.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Being in this profession makes it almost mandatory.&nbsp;<br>To care for me, I usually:<br>- Spend time with God and journal my thoughts. This has helped me take the weight off my head and calms me down almost instantly.&nbsp;<br>- Do something that I enjoy doing like dancing, listening to new music, or doodling.<br>- Pamper myself by getting something that I like/take care of my body and skin.&nbsp;<br>- Follow a proper routine which includes waking up early, working out, getting ready, doing the tasks for the day, reading, and sleeping early. This may seem like a lot, but following a routine adds more structure to my day and gives me a sense of accomplishment.&nbsp;<br>- Plan the day, which helps reduce uncertainty, saves time, gives me a sense of direction and control.
