         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being observed over multiple days and at different times of the day so the observer can view how you handle different learners, at different times, at different levels and for different activities so consistency to behaviour management is key.<br><br>Outside of education can affect how we handle behaviour, Iganzio said that due to officers getting them to class late or not at all due to education being a low priority to officers and prisons as a whole. This can increase bad behaviour as they don't feel as though their work or education is valued.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
