I am currently considering nursing in the near future. I have been taking baby steps while working full time and helping out with my four grandchildren. With life's hurdles this dream has been taking longer than expected. However, I have learned your never too old to reach your life long goals. It has been a roller coaster and I hope in the long run, my children can one day look back and learn that mom never, never gave up and all is possible with much dedication and strong will. I am excited about what new information I will learn about child psychology and look at my grandchildren with a better knowledge of how their mind work and what I can do to make them better individuals as they are molded for the future. I work in a hospital and it has been very difficult during these past few years. However, it has allowed me to grow more as a person and find more ways (sometimes reflecting in my past childhood) to entertain myself as a form of distraction. With that being said I bought a bicycle and roller skates for me and my grand kids and when I'm alone, I listen to all kinds of music and attempt to do some reading to relax.
