Jumping jacks for mental health will be a mental illness awareness campaign where its goal is to raise money by doing jumping jacks to donate to a mental health awareness organization of a participants choice. Participants can choose where the money they have raised goes to a organization of their choice.

how will it work?

There will be a online platform where participants can livestream the whole thing and can log how many jumping jacks they have done while people can watch them and donate to them if they want to support them or their organisation.

if you are psychially able to raise money for this and do jumping jacks you are welcome to sign up! there is an online google form that you can put your name and details down so you can register and you can put down your organisation you are wanting to support!
