Develop criteria to draft and examine new and existing policy to ensure cultural competence

Ensure composition of committees reflects the knowledge and experience of the people we engage in our systems as well as internal and external people with whom we work

Train staff on cultural competence

OPWDD staff at all levels will demonstrate understanding of cultural competence through implementation of policy
