I would like my house to be on a mountain with no neighbors to disturb me. I want all winters to snow at the same time that in summer it is incredibly hot

My house would like to have super comfortable furniture and chairs inside which will not break for a long time, but in my kitchen I would like to have the latest technology so I can eat super delicious and feel more comfortable.

I would not like a pool because it would be the worst in winter. In my room I would like to have a bed which just by being there you would feel the paradise.
