It might be good to look at 'feedback and growth' in depth and detail with regards to student and teacher growth. An appraisal system could be considered.
'Communication' could be inconsistent in different areas - staff to staff; admin to staff; staff to parents.  It is a learning process for us.  Communication has got better with the use of Teams with the notifications coming up instantaneously.
