Receiving Minimum wage</strong>- Teens should start at the same minimum wage as adult since they are doing the same work. If they have a higher position then that is a different story, but to be fair and they have the same position it should be fair to get paid the same.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>3. Discrimination-</strong> Teens and all have the right to not deal with discrimination from their co-workers or clients. As a young employee, you shouldn’t have to worry about things like this. They are dealing with enough stress at school, why would someone discriminate against them at work?However, any discrimination and harassment based on skin color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or pregnancy are not okay. that should not get in the way of them being responsible and trying to make money for their living expenses and family. </div>]]></description>

If there is an accident and they are injured the company should provide medical support. Teens should not feel pressured or even be asked to sign a contract at such a young age. If you are asked to sign a contract, always read it and keep a copy once you've signed. If you don't understand it, talk to your parents or an employment lawyer in your state about it.  since they are underage it is not required or should not be required for them to have a contract.<br><br></div>]]></description>
