Mr. Washington was gifted with the power to fire people in the executive branch. He appointed the first cabinet.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Washington's Foreign Policy-<br>Washington realized that any collusion with other countries will only disable the U.S. and its fragile state of affairs. Washington solved this issue by declaring the U.S. neutral ( not taking either side). Washington's directions fought for a heedful foreign policy of genial neutrality that would steer clear of  creating unsparing enemies or international friendships of doubtful value.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Development of Political Parties- <br>Political clique or parties began to shape during the grapple over ratification of the federal Constitution in 1787. Friction between them grew as notice shifted from the making of a new federal government to of how strong the federal government would be.  The political parties began to emerge during Washington' s first term of office due to different points of views of the federal government. Federalists and Democratic-Republicans were the 2 parties that formed.</div><pre>Federalist-

Washington is responsible for establishing the tradition of the inaugural address and the cabinet system, neither prescribed by the Constitution.  His precedents were that he said " May help me God" as his farewell address, he served 2 terms, and he was called Mr. president".</div>]]></description>

He first inherited his slaves ta age 11, he was porn in Pope's creek, and married Martha Dandridge Custis. He was a Federalist. His vice president was John Adams.</div>]]></description>
