The customer’s problems that we encountered were that students and staff at the university often struggle to find quick, affordable, and healthy meal options during their busy schedules.  Students and staff at the university face demanding schedules filled with classes, meetings, assignments, and extracurricular activities. Even if food alternatives are convenient, they might not have the nutritional value needed to provide them with the energy and focus they need to get through their busy days. To overcome these problems, we decided to sell quick and ready-to-eat food, which is chicken wrap and chicken butter.  These meals provide a healthier alternative to traditional fast food at student-friendly prices. By offering meals that can be easily ordered and picked up, we save our customers valuable time and ensure they have access to healthy food during their busy schedules. Through this approach, we not only meet the needs of the students and staff at the university but also promote a healthier eating lifestyle.
