Every moment, laughter follows us,

Just being with classmates turns ordinary moments into joy,

Uniting us forever in happy memories.

Winds brush the cliffs,

where oceans dream in blue.

Stone walls hum old songs,

and tangerine suns fall slow.

Between the waves and sky,

Jeju breathes —

soft, wild, and free.

A tangerine peel man guards his sleep.

Both born of the island’s quiet warmth.

We screamed before the engine did,

salt hit our faces like free skincare.

Waves crashed—too dramatic,

as if trying to photobomb our class pic.

Even the cliffs went,

“Damn, youth really is loud.”

Laughter soft as lullabies.

The world was young, our hearts were too

In Jeju’s pink, our dreams once grew.

soft clouds drifting slow.

Below, pink petals moved

like quiet waves.

We stood together,

camera between our hands—

wishing the moment would linger

just a little longer.

As we gaze at her, yawning and smiling, the waves flutter, gently dancing —

a gift from this island to the early birds.

I can't see it,

but don't console me.
