It was much simpler than I thought!
In case it was unclear the steps are - 
1. Tie a knot in any white bedsheet (cover)
2. Make sure the hole is large enough to fit your head and one arm
3. Put your head through, and then bring your arm up as well
4. Take some of the bottom and fold it upwards
5. Tie it at the back to secure
6. It was much easier than I imagined tying a toga to be, and after adjusting it it wasn’t too hard to walk in either. :D
