A Chinese-based medical company, Wellue, has developed a ring that can be worn on your index finger or thumb to continuously monitor not only blood oxygen levels but heart rate also. This product only weighs a slight 15 grams-which is no heavier than a DVD while its LED screen lights up with just a tap of your finger. The O2Ring displays the heart rate and oxygen saturation which can also be viewed via a smartphone app. This product is used by many with respiratory issues such as sleep apnea, asthma, COPD, and most recently those with Covid pneumonia. Reports can simply be downloaded for review and any necessary treatment. Notifications can be set to alert if levels drop below set levels. The device easily turns itself off once removed to preserve battery life.

The O2Ring is a nice product to have for intermittent or continuous wear to monitor oxygen saturation. Before Covid, only those affected by severe respiratory issues had concern to routinely evaluate oxygen levels. Now, with almost every household affected by Covid, more people are concerned enough to search for a sure, reliable method to monitor themselves. The O2Ring is easy to use and meets all needs regarding monitoring of the oxygen level.

The purpose of the O2Ring is to provide intermittent or continuous monitoring of blood oxygen levels while having the ability to download via a smartphone app. Reports can be viewed and saved when needed. Alarms are used if levels drop below set ranges to gently wake the wearer.

According to the Clifton Strengths Finder, my top five strengths include input, achiever, responsibility, consistency, and harmony.

I would be an asset as a team member as reflected by input being my first strength. I like to learn, gather information, and store information in an orderly manner. This would help to gather data as needed. Second, I am an achiever. I enjoy setting and reaching goals. This would help a team by ensuring completion of projects. Third, is responsibility. Being responsible is a must for every person in a team. Next is consistency. I like to follow rules and standards I set for myself, and this is required when working with a group. Confusion arises if one is not consistent. Lastly, harmony is a listed strength for me. I like everyone to get along and work well together. This is needed when a team effort is required. All of these strengths combined make me a good teammate.

When choosing teammates, I would choose teammates whose strengths would edify my strengths and I would theirs.

I would choose Carter who is a good communicator. He is able to bring about ideas as well as present them. Next, I would choose Daisy who is a developer. She would be an effective teammate because she would pull ideas from others and help to build on them. She would encourage and help improve on their ideas and thoughts. I would also choose Pablo. He is a welcome member to the team due to his energy, and desire to see projects through. He encourages others and makes them want to be like him. Negativity even in one person can hurt the team so Pablo would be essential. I would also choose Matthew who desires personal as well as group excellence. He will maximize all our efforts to be the best at all we do. Lastly, I would choose William with his strength to woo. He would balance our team by helping to meet new people and connect with them. This will help when providing information about products to influence a person's thoughts and ideas in a positive way.

I feel our team will be successful in bringing about information on the O2Ring and will effectively provide all the information needed to make it a popular item.
