Adaptability refers to the individuals' ability to change their way of thinking or approach in any given circumstance. In the workplace, we're often asked to do things that we might not like or things that we're unsure of. As employees, we MUST be adaptable and change our way of thinking about new things. This is closely linked with confidence and attitude. A confident individual with a good attitude will adapt to his/her surroundings.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlmX1yWt_SI

Give an example of when you have adapted to something new in the workplace, college or school?
