By using the 4 P's we can create many opportunities for our business to attract customer. Different customer may have different needs but if we know how to use the 4 P's effectively we can have success.          <description><![CDATA[<div>in my opinion the video tells us that different person have different perspective, some might said that this coffee shop is good but other might say that this coffee shop is not good, in order to make sure that the coffee shop can make customer happy they need value. according to this video value is when people giving up their money to get what they think is beneficial to them, also in order to get a good benefit for customer the coffee shop have to think about the 4ps which is price, place, promotion and product. by having a strong and good 4Ps the coffee shop don't have to worry about customer satisfaction&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After watching this video I understand that customers have different values based on their personal needs/desires. Businesses need to identify their values; formulated around the 4 P's to ensure they understand the customer pool they are trying to target. When a customers values are met it equates to a positive value exchange. I think value is important to all individuals as it is a way in which we measure happiness/fulfilment. Due to individuals having such varied values we see a range of businesses/services around with different value aspects; such as, 24/7 fast food, luxury retail stores, organic food markets, value stores (Aldi, Reject shop) etc).&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
