Feedback: Fokus auf ein Goal ist besser als so viele goals zu nennen, wieso möchte sie selbst Lernmaterial entwickeln (oder wer soll es machen?), es gibt sehr viel Material z.B. von Verlagen etc., das sie nutzen könnte? Wenn die Lernplattform für viele SuS ist, wie möchte sie differenzieren? Welche Klassen/ welches Niveau ist ihre primäre Zielgruppe? Wie finanzieren: z.B. als Verein/ Bildungsprojekt oder als Mitgliedsplattform, die Geld kostet (schwierig, da Menschen dafür vermutlich wenig Geld haben)?

Feedback: "Im Durchschnitt können Kosten für die Entwicklung einer einfachen App bei 5.000-20.000 Euro liegen, während die Kosten für eine umfangreiche App oder ein Spiel schnell auf 50.000-150.000 Euro oder mehr ansteigen können." Meiner Meinung nach könnte man die gleichen Ziele erreichen, indem man z.B. eine schon existierende Radio-Streaming-Software nutzt. Wie ist das Geschäftsmodell? Wie soll die Appentwicklung, die sicher bis zu 1 Jahr dauert, finanziert werden?

As per project goal I shared with you, by establishing the center I meant setting up multipurpose center with required staff and certain specific resources, as mentioned before we already have the venue (in a specific and secured location in Ningarhar province of Afghanistan). My organization also have qualified staff who would be implementing and monitoring the activities in Afghanistan, however we would still need some technical staff to be hired to conduct technical trainings.

All the project activities will be implemented through my organization (Afghan Women Resource Center) in Afghanistan and as mentioned before too I am still working for AWRC from exile so I don’t need to establish a new organization and my focus would be rather on fundraising and project proposal, as you stated.

As per plan I shared with you, till November 2023 I have not added any activity that would need funds, it means I would have 4 months to raise funds for the project with support of you. Therefore, in the mentioned period more focus would be on proposal development, raising funds, coordination with Defacto government to gain their support for project, Developing beneficiaries selection criteria, starting the beneficiaries selection and registering the beneficiaries in the MPWC and preparing their profiles. Meanwhile can organize some literacy classes for adults in center.

The last, regarding my expectations from you, I have 2 major expectation 1) introducing me with different European/German donors who are interested to fund women led organizations in Afghanistan through virtual or offline meetings. If possible, please introduce and support me to participate in different fundraising forums. 2) please support me to prepare a detailed and comprehensive proposal so that it would be according to European/German donors’ expectations. It is worth mentioning that I have experience of writing proposal, however I would need someone who could proofread and if required translate it to Deutsch language.
