This week we have focused on grammar and irregular verbs. It is not easy for me, but I felt that I was good at irregular verbs, but I failed most of them. The pace of my class is much faster than mine, but I try not to fall behind. Some of the questions my classmates asked helped me, but I didn't understand most of them. My problem is that I don't ask my questions in class, and that is one of the reasons why I am doing poorly, apart from the fact that I don't know the basics of English. To improve, I try to do easy exercises from the book or search on the internet.

Week 3: 11/11/24 to 15/11/24

This week we have continued to focus on grammar and irregular verbs. My class is much faster than me, but I try not to fall behind. I have continued to do the exercises that were assigned to take home and I understood some of them and did them well when it was time to correct them in class. I worked with some exercises that I found on the Internet or examples that helped me solve my doubts, but I need more practice.

Week 4: 18/11/24 to 22/11/24

We have focused more on grammar. I have found it difficult when reading text and sentences and completing them. The easy part for me was

relative pronouns and knowing their meaning. Knowing what relative pronouns are used for is easy, but the difficult part is understanding the context and where to put them, for example, I know what "where" means. The difficult part is that in the activities they ask me to fill in the texts. To improve, I need more hours of study and not only on the topic we are teaching, but also to know the basics of English. I paid attention to my classmates' doubts and thanks to them I can understand something, but mostly I didn't understand it and I didn't ask in class. When doing the activities on my own without a translator and seeing that I did well, I realized that I am progressing but slowly. Obviously, I make a lot of mistakes, but I understand the error.

This week my English has been normal, we have learned vocabulary and I had an exam that I probably did badly on. I have to improve a lot more and get better organized when studying. I hope that next week I will participate more in class or answer some exercises and thus take participation into account. I hope to do well in the presentation I have without reading and that at least the pronunciation is understandable. Things that I have learned are not much but well I have learned something.

I have done the activities with the help of the book and YouTube videos. There have been parts that have bothered me, like putting the sentences in the passive. I like the game of the word of the day, I find it very entertaining. I have not learned almost anything but I know more than I knew before and I hope to improve faster and more.
