         <description><![CDATA[<p>If food isnt properly handled, raw meat can go bad and smell horrible from being thawed out too long, most of the meat that are cooked can be frozen so it wont go bad too soon, but you also have to make sure that having meat out too long. I have never really dealt with meat or cooking but i know if they aren’t cooked well and not stored properly they can go bad. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>If food isn’t handled properly, cross contamination and bacteria builds up by dividing in 2 every 10-20 minutes. You always have to make sure when cooking that the food is fully cooked, other wise, you could get food borne illness.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>When I cook beef stew, I chopped the beef into small cubes. And clean the cutting board after use and I use it again for chopping potatoes, so I washed it again to chopped a carrots and I add it to 1 pot and make it boil for 1 and a half hour, after boiling I add Lipton beef noodle soup. After we ate, I add the sink with hot water and dish liquid and soak all the bowls and spoon separately, after soaking them i change the water and wash the dishes</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>If the food is not properly handled with chicken there are germs that can spread on every. If not stored it will go bad and smell bad, if not cooked while can get stomach ache and might get worms?</p><p>Before cooking wash everything after use so the germs wont be on everything you touch.</p><p>Storing food always put it in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh and keep longer.</p>]]></description>

Meat has to thaw out in the refrigerator because it’s better so the meat wont get thaw out too much. And its safer to cook it </p>]]></description>
